Description

Charming House is a beautiful stone country house from 17th century, located in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (390 mt above sea level), a small town between the wonderful gulfs of Napoli and Salerno, at only 10 minutes by car from the center of Sorrento.

The private Villa has recently been restored with care taken to retain the original features. Around the villa there is a garden (2.000 square meters / 21,528 square feet) with olive trees, vineyard, fruit trees and private parking.

Charming House has two indipendent apartments, located both on the ground floor of the villa.

One apartment has a barrel vault ceiling while the other has a ribbed vault ceiling, moreover the extraordinarily thick walls keep the interior pleasantly cool during the summertime.

The terrace offers a wonderful view over the sea of the Amalfi coast, besides the villa is surrounded from an orchard and the garden assures a quiet and relaxing stay.

Each apartment is about 50 square meters (about 540 square feet), and is composed from:

- large bedroom/livingroom with a double bed

- extra bed/sofa on request

- full equipped small kitchen

- large bathroom with wc & shower

- washing machine

- wifi

- private terrace of 60 square meters (about 646 square feet) with dining table, sunbeds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas

- private parking area

We inform you that the access of the villa is quite narrow (1.80 mt large in the narrowest point), so we suggest you to use a small car.

Charming House with its panoramic position and sea view is the ideal place to stay for those who enjoy nature and relax. It's possible to have wonderful walks along the charming peninsula's landscape as: Crapolla, baia di Ieranto, cala di Mitigliano, Punta Campanella, Marina del Cantone and Recommone. You can also make daily excursions to wonderful places like: Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompei, Capri and Ischia .
