Magnificent independent villa is recently built and is surrounded by a 8000 sq. metre garden located in the hills of Sant'Agata, in a very panoramic area over the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno.

Having a very ample private swimming pool (8 x 17 metres) surrounded by garden, where you can admire intact the natural layout of the terrain with unusually-shaped white rocks which sometimes form natural sculptures and being 8 km from the sea and the beach, it is ideal for people who love tranquillity while at the same time being close to the centre of Sorrento and other exclusive resorts such as the Island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi accessible by sea or by car in about half an hour (one hour to Amalfi). Sorrento centre, the harbour with fast hydrofoils for excursions and railway station at 10 km. Parking spaces.
