The house is approx. 50 m away from the owners accommodation, an ancient villa dating back to the 17th century, once used as country residence of the diocesan curia. A large private area (lawn) with barbecue and a nice furnished terrace is available.

The property also provides a beautiful pool situated amidst olive tree, to be shared with other 2 units (Oleand...ri 1 and 2 which are available on our programme).
