This terraced cottage is in the small village of Darley Bridge, 3 miles from Matlock in the Peak District and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Oker View is a terraced, two storey cottage situated in the small village of Darley Bridge, 3 miles from Matlock and 6 miles from Bakewell in the Peak District. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms - one double room, one twin room and one single room - and has a ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. There is also an additional basin and WC on the first floor. The living accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a fitted kitchen with dining ar...ea and a sitting room with gas fire and flat screen TV. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and additional roadside parking if required, along with an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. With the National Park within easy reach, Oker View makes a great base for exploring the Peak District.

Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in outdoor utility shed, flat screen LCD TV with FreeSat, DVD player and surround sound system, TV in single bedroom, WiFi, library of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and booster seat style highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking available. Enclosed lawned garden with seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: This property has open tread stairs.

Town: Matlock is a popular town in the Peak District, close to Matlock Bath, located in the wooded gorge of the River Derwent. Both Matlock and Matlock Bath offer shops, pubs and restaurants, along with visitor attractions such as Gulliver's Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Good walking and cycling are available nearby, with the High Peak Cycle Trail within easy reach, while the Heights of Abraham is well worth a visit with its showcaves, water gardens and nature trail. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods.   Tucked away in the tiny village or Darley Dale is Oker View cottage -
  Its a very quaint and olde worlde looking end terrace cottage
  inside its just perfect - modern appliances and heating
  with a woodburner for the perfect evenings in by the fire
  the kitchen has all the gadgets and the bathroom is modern and attractive
  local walks are excellent
  the nearby towns are beautiful for browsing and having coffee while taking in the atmosphere
