Surrounded by a forest, the domain dominates its surroundings from its high situated view point, offering you wonderful landscapes of the Gers and Lomagne. The gite is located less than an hour away from Toulouse, Auch and Montauban.

Additional notes from owner
The base price covers all costs, (electricity, water, taxes) the sheets (beds are made on arrival), towels, linens, the unlimited access to the relaxing area (SPA and infrared sauna) from 10AM to 10PM, as well as the heated pool. Only the end cleaning is optional (150 euros).

Un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Pas de crainte visible à louer leur maison de caractète à un groupe de 15 jeunes (20 à 30 ans). Ne craignent pas les nuisances sonores d'une fête même s'ils dorment sur place.
La prestation correspond tout à fait au descriptif du site internet : jacuzzi, piscine et sauna mis à disposition, donc possibilité de l'utiliser aussi la nuit.
La maison est superbe, propre, accueillante avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la campagne environnante.
Que dire de plus, à part que nous prévoyons de le relouer l'an prochain!
