Menehune Cottage is a charming and generous sized Hawaiian style garden cottage in Kuau... a residential sea-side outcropping of Paia, on the Maui's well-loved North Shore.

It has two generous sized bedrooms with queen beds and all cotton sheets, a bathroom with shower, (plus a warm out-door shower), living room, and a full kitchen. There is a patio area with dining furniture and a gas BBQ to fully enjoy easy outdoor living in the balmy evenings.

Beach chairs, good quality beach towels and a cooler are provided for your relaxing beach days.

Menehune Cottage is a legal rental in a quiet residential neighborhood a few steps from the ocean and famous Mama's Fish House restaurant. It is 5 minutes from Hookipa Beach park world famous for windsurfing, surfing, kiting etc. Close to the little historic town of Paia. Only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Private parking. Comfortable, charming, centrally located, suitable for families, couples, a little piece of old Hawaii.

Deposit/Full Payment:
A 50% deposit is due within fourteen days of confirmation with full payment due 45 days prior to first scheduled arrival date. Timely payment(s) as indicated below will insure positive status of confirmed reservation. A $10 fee will be assessed for any revisions after original confirmation has been processed.

Cancellations:
There will be a $50 charge in the event of cancellation of itinerary at any time. Cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date (60 days for holidays) is required to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations received seven days or less, prior to scheduled arrival (30 days for holidays), will be subject to forfeiture of full payments. No refunds on unused portions after arrival in Hawaii. (All rates subject to change without notice. Payment/cancellation exceptions may vary).

  This is a very nice cottage in the middle of abundant vegetation.
  Ocean, beach and the famous "Mama's Fish House" are only 5 minutes walking
  distance and the plantation town Paia with its shops and restaurants one
  mile away. so the cottage is definitely well located and there are no
  disturbances whatsoever. The cottage itself has a lot of charme, the
  kitchen is well equiped. It's a lovely place to hang loose and to enjoy
  Maui.
