Our twin villas POINSETTIA 1 & 2 are in Grand-Bay at the epicenter of all the tourist activities of Mauritius. They can be rented individually or together. Each one has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and host 8 adults in total comfort.he villa covers 250 sq. meters, ground floor + one. Situated 100 meters from the road and directly on an exclusive beach. The beach is totally private with strictly no public access. The beach frontage is 37 meters. The lagoon is the safest in Mauritius.

Water sports facilities such as windsurfing, water-skiing, para-sailing, under-water walking are easily available in Grand Bay. From Sunset Boulevard in Grand Bay big game fishing boats await you for catching an unforgettable marlin. Also do not miss a pleasurable day cruise to Flat Island and Ilot Gabriel in a catamaran. The Château de Labourdonnais, a historic colonial home, will take you back one and a half centuries into the history of Mauritius. The Orchards of Labourdonnais which form part of the property of the Château invite you to a guided tour of their marvellous tropical fruit plantation. Not to be missed ! Visit the world-renowned Pamplemousses garden and the adjoining Sugar Museum 20 minutes away by car.Tennis is available at Casuarina hotel in Trou aux Biches. Otherwise 7 courts are accessible day/evenings at Tennis Nord in Labourdonnais, less than 30 minutes away. Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius with its Caudan water-front shopping mall and its typical market is easily reachable by bus and 30 minutes away by car.
