Mas d’en Simon is an ancient stone-built Catalan farmhouse in the south of France, which has been completely renovated and equipped to luxury standard with its own swimming pool. It can comfortably accommodate 2 to 10 guests. We offer self-catering rental on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) but in off season shorter bookings are possible.
Surrounded by vineyards and sitting on a small rise where the Agly valley opens out towards the plain of Roussillon, the mas has wonderful views in all directions. The third time we have stayed here and it is great at any time of the year. This time the almond trees were in blosssom and we walked in the Pyrenees but in the summer we have often been happy to laze by the pool and enjoy the views of the mountains and vineyards. The house is pure luxury with lots of little touches (fresh flowers and crisp linen). Very good restaurants a short drive away and outdoor activities for all, as well as the sights and amenities of Perpignan. Our hosts were extremely helpful with recommendations and the welcome pack, particularly the wine, was much appreciated.

A superb house & pool renovated to a very high standard. A very tranquil setting but within easy access of all amenities. Also a lot of intersting places to explore nearby. Jeremy & Lisa are great hosts - always there if you need their help or advice.

We have stayed at Mas d'en Simon twice and each time has been superb. The studio is bright, sunny and perfect for 2 people. It's decorated beautifully, has everything one would ever need and is extremely clean. The grounds at the Mas are ideal. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and the views from the deck are everything one would expect in the south of France. One can lounge by the pool or use other outdoor spaces and still retain privacy. The owners are on the premises and both helpful and discreet. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay anywhere.
