Super two-bedroom , two bathroom beach front apartment directly on Maxwell Beach , on the cool and breezy south coast of Barbados, with a lovely big verandah overlooking the unbelievably blue Barbados sea. Shared pool and garden adjacent to beach. This very comfortable apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard , with air conditioners and fans ( if required) in all rooms. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Cable TV and free WIFI connectivity. Maid service twice per week is included, with additional days available if required. Secure basement parking , with elevator to the apartment which is on the fourth floor of a five storey building ( 15 apartments in total ). Only ten minutes from the airport , and near to Durants (golf) , St. Lawrence Gap ( restaurants , nightlife) and Oistins ( Friday night Fish Fry ! ). Shops etc within walking distance , and convenient bus service to Bridgetown stops nearby. Ideal location to enjoy Barbados , with or without a car. Note to all guests : For security , please confirm bookings and make payments only to Renae ( Property Manager) at 1-246-418-9200. Do not wire money to any other destination.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gary & Wendy (the owner) a message.

If Gary & Wendy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
