Cozy cottage with canal access to Lake Chautauqua, close to downtown Mayville and one mile from the Chautauqua Institute. Two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living room, sun porch and deck with fire pit. This cute and quirky cottage sleeps 5 and is within walking distance to several good restaurants and the Chautauqua Marina. Yard is well maintained and the property has a small dock to tie up a boat or to fish the canal.
