This beautiful, large, two Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo sits across the street from the Beach! Our oversized condo is surrounded by beautiful hotels , great restaurants, street shopping, 24 hr medical clinics, banks, tennis courts, golfing, taxis, wow, shopping dinner dancing adventures and tours....all the best conveniences and facilities right at your fingertips but in a quiet, friendly, secured Canadian and American mostly Owner occupied building.
Walk for miles on the golden sandy Beaches and book any of the many tours, adventures, day trips and other activities offered by all the surrounding hotels!
For a different flavor and taste of Mexico, The Historic Downtown ( Old) Mazatlan is just a short 10 minute taxi drive along the beautiful Malecon (beach front boardwalk) and offers a folkloric taste of Mexico, its' centuries old architecture and cobblestone streets and a variety of beautiful plazas ( Plaza Machado is the most popular) with incredible sidewalk restaurants featuring gourmet continental and local foods and beautiful live music . . !
Our condo is our home away from home during our vacation times. We take great pride in it and have equipped it with all the things that you would need to have comfort and enjoy your home. From dishes, wine glasses, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, blender, lots of cutlery, to hair dryer, plenty of bath towels, air conditioning in both bedrooms and kitchen/dining/ living room, also ceiling fans and tastefully decorated in Authentic Mexican flare and a touch of class.....
We have free WIFI, cable TV and flat screen TV's in both the master bedroom and the living room! In suit laundry....even a collection of books and movies in English for your entertainment.
