My daughters and I truly enjoyed this quiet, family friendly community. So much that we keep going back! We like that we can enjoy the beach, (without the crowds), the tennis court, the pool, the excellent palapa restaurant onsite, and the availability of local sightseeing tours and events.
The condo is very comfortable and has a very scenic balcony view. My three daughters love to cook and found the kitchen easy to move around in!
I definitely love how friendly all the staff are to owners and renters alike. We always feel safe, and taken care of. A fabulous place! -

My family and I stayed at this property earlier this year and give it two thumbs up!! Here are the high points:
* It is right on the best beach in Mazatlan, the beach in some parts of MZT aren't the greatest but Costa Bonita Cerritos has the best beach. It is very wide and beautiful. There are waves to catch and the water is warm. If you want a beach vacation, this is your spot!
* It is a great value. The price of this place is super cheap but you get a ton for your $$.
* The onsite restaurant was great, go for their breakfast (french toast is amazing) and lunch ("chicken burger") and dinner (shrimp). You can't go wrong and the best part is a beer is like 90 cents!
*Get a massage from Salvatore. He is fantastic and charges $25 for an hour long massage--come on, where are you going to get a value like that??
*The condo itself is great, it is nicely appointed and was very comfortable for our family of four. The view from the balcony is directly of the Pacific.
* Go zip lining--it was a thrill of a lifetime (tip: get your tickets from the Mr. Lions restaurant in Playa Bruja (just a short walk up the beach) they negotiate and we got in for like $50/person.
*Be on look out for the shrimp guy. He sells shrimp nearly every day and the fresh shrimp are huge and an amazing value.
* Buy lobsters from the local lobster guy (lagonstina). Then ask the chef at the Palapa (onsite restaurant) to cook them up for you. He charges like $10 to cook up to six lobsters--another amazing value. The lobster guy sold me the lobsters for like $6 a piece--where are you going to get that value?? Answer: no where but MZT
The lady who owns this place is the bomb--Leah is very easy to work with and it was actually better than she advertised.
I loved our trip so much that I am thinking about buying a unit there--the place is terrific and the value is honestly to die for.

I have traveled to many of the beaches on both the east and west coasts of Mexico. the Costa Bonita is my favorite.
The water is consistently warm. The people are friendly and the food is affordable and delicious. The spot is a little far from the airport, but once there busses and taxis are frequent. The condo is well laid out convenient and comfortable.
I'm a gardener so I visited the nearby Botanical Garden and must for looking at lush tropical plants.
All this with no bugs. What's not to like.

This was my 5th stay at this wonderful and oh so comfortable condo. It's right on the best beach in Mazatlan. Perfect for long walks, picking up beautiful Mexican seashells. So easy to get around from their. Just walk out front, grab a bus or a cab, to go into town, for great shopping or to some of the best restraunts. Remember, the food in Mazatlan is wonderful, especially the fresh shrimp, and very reasonable. Carol

there is not a better condo to rent in Mazatlan than this one of Ms Keeler. I have stayed there at least 6 different times and each visit was perfect: the best view/linens/cleanliness and value. Ms Keeler is also a wonderful supporter of Tres Islas Orphange Fund and helps us tremendously in Mazatlan. You wont go wrong renting this large, beautiful condo!
