Description from the owner
This large 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the second and third floor overlooking the pool and ocean. It offers a 4 mile stretch of sandy beach for walking.
The complex is North of the Golden Zone in a quite area. We have a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, hot tub, and 2 clay tennis courts.
There is bus service to all the tourist sites a short walk from the condo.
Come have fun in the sun.

The staff at La Marina are awesome! The maid service is the best we've ever received. Unit 205 is on the second floor, and so is the restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch, it overlooks the entry and tennis courts and is an open dining setting so that you get to enjoy the sunrise. The condo unit itself is very nice and comfortable and decorated with local art, and the newly remodeled kitchen is perfect for entertaining, or a romantic dinner to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the pacific ocean and the beautiful sunsets. La Marina is located on the North end of town, now called new Mazatlan, where you can walk for miles on the beach, golfing is nearby, along with horseback riding, para sailing, zip line tours, and a coffee shop that roasts their own fresh coffee, you can rent boogie and surf boards there as well.The best thing about our trip was the fantastic whether, the beach, the incredible food, and of course the wonderful Mexican people. Can't wait to go back.
