When we arrived we were greeted by Ramundo- one of the nicest men you could ever meet! He showed us around the home and offered to help us with anything we needed during our stay.He was extremely helpful and hospitable.
The home was very comfortable and spacious.It was nice to have a semi-private pool area right outside our door.
We shopped at the fabulous local markets and mostly cooked at home.Having a full kitchen to prepare food was great!
What we liked best about the home was the location-we could walk to the beach in minutes - enjoy the beautiful sunsets!
Every person we met there was most kind and helpful.Walking around in the evenings brings great opportunities to meet other tourists and locals.We especially enjoyed watching the local artists who set up their stands in the evenings.
Our stay in Mazatlan was fabulous!! We highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic time in Mazatlan. This condo was conveniently located across the street from the beach-front hotels and Joe's Oyster Bar (great Margaritas). It is within walking distance to pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in the Golden Zone. We walked to the store (Mega) to pick up a few groceries on our first day and walked all up and down the streets and beaches. There are several fantastic restaurants in the area. Our favorites were Pancho's and Twisted Mama's. The Playa Mazatlan Hotel across the street has a great breakfast buffet, but the little restaurant/bar by the big pool has better food and better prices! We also booked massages there for some extra relaxation. The condo has everything we needed and so much more (full kitchen, internet, tv, laundry, 3 sleeping areas, balcony, pool, picnic table, bbq grill, etc.). We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it in a heartbeat, especially to families or 2 couples - there is plenty of room.

The rental suited our needs very well, however the proximity to the street and the activity on the street in the evening and wee hours of the morning, made it difficult to sleep.

Weddings ARE noisy. We also provide window coverings that should be on if you are a light sleeper,and be sure to close the doors too.
We try to do everything we can do to insure your stay is comfortable as possible. Free tv, AC,internet, long distance phones washer, dryer, quality beds complete kitchen,linen and service. Hope we can make it up to you some day.

The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed: Cable TV, internet, free phone line anywhere in the world.
Comfortable beds, Microwave, refrigerator, swimming pool
for my 14 year old boys. Washer & Dryer. Beautiful view of the gardens from the large living room window. Across the street is Hotel Playa Mazatlan where we went to listen and danced to live music. There is access to the beach from this hotel. Restaurants within walking distance. We went to Stone Island. The Mercado for souveniors to bring back to arizona. I went for a 2-hour massage @ Aroma Spa. Incredible nothing here in the states like the massage that I received there. Casino within walking distance from the condo. Tried my luck and came ahead with about $125.00. in my two visits there. We also had a chance to visit Walmart were we purchased our Sunday barbeque meal and they barbequed the meat for us. We also visited Sams Club, Home Depot, Office Max, McDonalds, and Domino's Pizza. And of course we had lots and lots of sea food in our 10 days there. We will be returning. After seeing pictures my friends and family want to go with us next year.

Large condo with a great location. There are all sorts of places to eat, drink and shop within just a few blocks. There is a semi-private patio area with a nice pool that we took full advantage of. T.J. has a phone system set up thru his computer where you can call international toll free, a very handy bonus. The neighbors are extra friendly and we took full advantage of their native Mexican cooking skills. I can't say enough about TJ and his skill in remodeling this condo and making it very cozy and comfy. I am looking very much forward to staying at this same location again next year. I love Mazatlan and I really love this condo!

Mr. Farrell's condo located in Serena Villas in the heart of the Golden Zone of Mazatlan. We found the unit to be in very good condition with large living room, dining, kitchen, bath and bedroom on the first floor with additional bedroom and bath up as well as sleeping area with deck overlooking yard and pool. There are only 10 units in this complex which makes it nice and private. Everyone gets to know everyone else and it makes for a good vacation. Mr. Farrell's unit was nicely furnished (I understand that he has replaced all the 1st floor furniture since our visit. Kitchen well equiped with cabinets, refrigerator, micro, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker and just about any appliance necessary for a comforable stay. Dining area more than adequate as we had 8 people for dinner one night and still had room. Large plasma TV was provided as well as additional TV in the upstairs bedroom. Computer and Skype phone also in the unit. Seperate local cell phone was provided. Front and back doors as well as laundry room with washer and dryer. Patio in back with large picnic table as well as gas bar-b-que. Unit was quiet and grounds well maintained. Highly recommend

This vacation rental blew my mind!
There were so many extras!!
The condo was equipped with everything, it was beautiful, and in the perfect location! It is also very well cleaned, which was important to me since we have babies who cover every inch of a place looking for "treasures".
The beach across the street is gorgeous! There are also some amazing restaurants within minutes.
I very much enjoyed the restaurant right next door... the Pura Vida. It has delicious food, and only 30 seconds from the front door. It's fast, convenient and perfect food for warm weather. I love the fresh guava fruit smoothies.
This is a very family friendly vacation spot. The pool is very clean and well kept. We also went on a couple of the day trips that the owner offered information for. We all had an amazing time!
The owner was a pleasure to deal with! He was very accommodating at every turn.
I was not expecting such a value! My family and I plan to stay here every chance we get. This is our regular vacation spot from now on! -

I sincerly recomnd this propety, has the best location close to everything (beach, restorants, entreteinr, banks etc) The house worth the payment is clean all furnitured has a pool area and the treatment is personalized, the person in charge always mantain contac with us and help us in all our need make our trip 100% easier and pleasent

I was absolutley delighted w/ this past experience - stay in Mazatlan. I've been to Mazatlan before, but this was the best.
The location was great, 2 blocks from the beach and just a few 1-3 blocks from some terrific restaurants. Only a block from the main buslines, so anything we wanted to do, not in walking distance was accessible without having to take cabs. The bus system is well marked making it easy to get around cheaply.
We never felt threatened or insecure during our entire stay. My wife and I don't speak spanish, but never felt lost or unable to speak w/ someone. There was always someone whether locals and/or tourists nearby. The local contacts TJ gave us were helpful, informed, gracious and very personable.
The house and compound were beautifully maintained. It was nicer than my house. Nice big bedrooms, living room w/ huge T.V.s w/ Dish network.
Though there was a completly adequate and nice kitchen, we did very little cooking, but mostly ate 'out' for our larger meal toward evening. There was a real nice computer set up for us w/ fast internet and wifi for my laptop. There is free phone (VOIP) to the U.S. I'd never used VOIP before, but it was just as easy to use and the voice quality was comparable to my regular home phone service. That made it real handy to stay in touch w/ family and broker.
Though I could connect when I needed, I really enjoyed being able to finally take a relaxing stress free vacation.
The pool was always clean and always available and very enjoyable. Though there were a couple other families staying in the same compound (sharing the same nice, large pool and large courtyard), we never felt encrouched upon. They were from Canada (the Canadian Embassy is just a couple doors away). In fact, we made new friends and are looking forward to seeing them in Mazatlan again as well.
