Situated about 100 miles north of Boise near Payette Lake, it is both a recreational mecca and abundant with wildlife. This is most apparent in Ponderosa State Park which sticks like a thumb into the middle of a lake. It is most picturesque in the fall. You can take a hike along the Huckleberry loop to see all sorts of wildlife. In the summer there is fishing, boating, jet skiing, along with all summer activities. In the winter just 8 miles away is Brundage Mountain with over 150 inches of powder.

being that this is a worldmark resort im not sure every one can stay here, but they should try to! this was our first trip to idaho and thanks to the staff it wont be our last! McCall is a seasonal town, summer camping hiking biking boating the lake is beautiful and big i believe it has three marina's so bring your boat or rent one. Winter skiing snowmobiling ice skating.great food and bars all year round. great shops a bakery to die for, a brew pub for the beer freaks, even great sushi. we love the fall no people around the leaves are changing the colors are fantastick. the nights are cold and crisp the days are warm and dry. So come to McCall rest relax recharge at this great clean resort
