Great property for relaxing family weekend...second year of enjoyment. May change locations next year due to rude treatment from property management company, but no complaints regarding property itself!

The property management company booked us on the wrong dates after many discussions about Labor Day weeekend, rather than making it right they ignored my telephone calls and emails. I was forced to contact my credit card company and open a dispute. My advise....STAY AWAY!!!!

This was one of three places we rented in McCall to house our family. It was beautiful and very spacious. The furniture was comfortable and well taken care of. The beds and linens were clean. Overall it was a great place. The only negative thing we found was the air conditioning did not work. We were there during an unusually hot period which made it pretty stuffy. Great place to stay otherwise.

this is a beautiful townhouse close to Brown's park and downtown McCall. we had unseasonably warm weather and were disappointed that it did not have air conditioning. Also, no internet service. One toilet was dirty and hadn't been flushed. Sheets and bedding could stand to be replaced and updated. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with dishes, pans, and utincils. Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would book it again.

It was a great experience! The facilities were very clean and well maintained. It was a awesome location. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if the place had Wifi internet.

This condo is quite comfortable and worked out well for our family. Those that slept in the lower level said the bedrooms and bath were quite cold, but I believe that was the only complaint I heard. If it were on the lake it would be nearly perfect.

Great property close to downtown (easy walk). Slept ten comfortably and very clean. Would recommend Lakeside Vacation Rentals and this property. Lakeside was very helpful and made the whole process simple.

When we arrived there was a horrible smell in the kitchen. I found a towel in the sink that smelled like sour milk which I had to throw away and then clean the sink. The carpets are filthy and the hardwood floors in the kitchen are filthy. My white socks
were black after walking on kitchen floor. I used a paper towel to wipe up some water on the floor and it to was black with dirt. I own a vacation rental in central Oregon and my Property Manager would not allow the carpets and floors to be that dirty. If
anyone would have checked the property before we arrived they would have known there was a foul smell in the kitchen. At the price we paid per night I would expect things to be clean. -

This is a great place to stay. 4 great bedrooms. Very comfortable, easy to enjoy for a week in McCall! We will definitely rent another Greystone in the future.

The downstairs rooms in the condo are very cold. We eventually located spaceheaters upstairs in closets. The owner should consider some alternative form of heat for the downstairs rooms. In addition, the fireplace was not working. After attempting to light it for over an hour, we phoned the property manager who told us the owner had reported it broken. It was not scheduled to be repaired until after our checkout. We were disappointed and thought that maintenance should have left a note regarding this problem.
