Fairway Lodge is a two level townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + a seperate loft area that sleeps 6!! Located near the city recreation fields and on the golf course, this townhome is conveniently located to Ponderosa State Park, a public beach and not far from downtown McCall. The master bedroom with a king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with two twin beds are all located on the main level of this townhome. Loved the location on the golf course we walked the golf cart path and pretended on the frozen lake...Use the hot tub. Plenty of room. Very clean..

We had a large group including adults, teenagers and small children...the house is clean and spacious. The property managers were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend & stay again.

The property was clean, although the hot tub was not warm or clean when we arrived. We did however, receive immediate service on it, and though we could not use it the first night, it was fine by the next day and second night. It would have been nice if it had been up to speed upon arrival. We stayed in the house the year before, and the house is great. More toilet paper would be good.

Pros: The house was very comfortable and convenient to our daughter's wedding at the golf course. Nice quiet area, even though neighbors are really close it feels very private.
Cons: The flower beds were full of grass and a few weeds along the concrete a foot tall. Upstairs the bottom double bunkbeds did not have sheets over the upholstered cushions. Not sure why you would want people sleeping directly on the fabric. We used some of the spare bedding to cover it and make it more of a bed. -

We had a great time and the staff before and during the stay were so kind and responsive. We would definitely like to come back to stay again. A couple of little things, the patio was not cleaned off at all the tables and chairs and covers were covered with thick dust and the queen bedroom had lights burnt out. Over all we loved it thank you for letting us stay.

We stayed here for a golf trip and it was fantastic. Plenty of room and great location. Only suggestion I have is to upgrade the satellite package. There is no ESPN or other sports networks or movie channels.

We had a wonderful time at the house. We stayed in and cooked in the kitchen and used the grill - didn't even go out to restaurants. Betweeh hockey games we hing around the house, and there was enough room for the 12 of us to relax, etc. Would have appreciated a brand new sponge in a package at the kitchen sink, as the one there was old and germy. Aside from that everything was great. Hot tub worked fine and house was clean. We will stay there again.

We arrived to find dirty sheets on one of the beds and white dog hair through out the condo. The floors had not been swept or mopped. I found a non working vacuum that was for solid floors only so was unable to vacuum the carpet. My grand babies had dog hair on them from the floors. We were told this was a no pet condo so were very disappointed. After talking to Ben he offered to refund our cleaning deposit to compensate for the dirty sheets and floors. I am sure he has taken care of the cleaning issues as he seemed very surprised. I would have to say the condo was just the right size and we love the location so we would stay again as long as the cleaning service was replaced by more reliable one. Still waiting to see if our deposit is actually refunded.

Thank you for the "last minute" change of cabin, we were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful cabin we were re-routed to. I am certainly looking forward to booking with this company again in the future, we enjoyed the house, the city, and the view with the fox was wonderful, however I still believe that the hot tub was the favorite attraction of this place. Thank you again, The crew at Affordable Transmission and Auto Repair, Kuna Idaho.

We had an amazing time. The Fairway is very comfortable and accommodating. Plenty of parking, as we always have friends stop by while we are in town. Even though we won't be staying at this property, do to a purchase of our own, we will be recommending it to all of our friends and family! The Fairway became our home away from home. We will miss it dearly.

The house was nice but I really wanted to watch the Boise State vs. Georgia football game and was disappointed. I tried several times to get the property managemnet company to tell me if the ESPN channel was available but they never confirmed the availability.
My friends and I were disappointed by this. -

We had a great time, enjoyed the high quality of furniture and well stocked kitchen. It had all we needed but a 9x13" pan and a pizza stone. We were disappointed that the amenities listed 2 pull out couches--there were none. Caused us to rearrange families/genders. Loft beds were futons--not the most comfortable, but OK. Also the loft fan only worked when another celing light stayed on (trust me we tried every combination--it is the way it is wired).

This home is nice and well decorated; however; I had to spend the first three hours of my stay vaccuming and cleaning the kitchen, as there were crums and debris on the counters, couches, and carpet. The hand rail to the upstairs needs repair, as does the light fixture cover nearest the front door. At least four lights needed new lightbulbs, and my husband had to fix the garage door as it stuck in the open position the first time we opened it. The kitchen wasn't as well stocked with amenities as other homes I've rented in McCall. This had the potential to be a nice stay, but the cleanliness and repairs were a real dissappointment for us. On a more positive note, the hot tub was nice, the check-in/check-out process was hassle free, and the property manager was quick to respond.

This place was awesome! There were 9 of us staying for the weekend and we were all more than comfortable. The kitchen had a good collection of general things (if you need something special for cooking, I would bring it from home) and there was a ton of space. We all had a wonderful stay and would definately rent this place again.

We had a great time at Fairway Lodge over Christmas. The location on the golf course is great with the walking/XC skiing trail access. The downstairs bedroom nearest the living room is fairly noisy with the tile and apparently thin walls, but no one in the other rooms complained. The hot tub was in good shape and clean. We would definitely stay there again.
