I planned a trip for 12 people and everyone couldn't have been more pleased. The house was spectacular and we had awesome weather for skiing. It was an easy drive to Wisp and to local entertainment. I highly recommend Lake Reflections. Even though it is only recommended, make sure you have 4 wheel or all wheel drive in the winter. The only small issue I noticed was the water wasn't as hot in the showers or sink. Probably just needs to adjust the hot water heater. All in all i would and plan to stay at Lake Reflections again.

We had a nice trip the Lake Reflections was a nice place. It was in a good location and accommodated my group perfect. The only problem I had was with the rental company. My name was the only one on contract and had a house guest get the key. She was not asked for id or had to sign anything. I was not happy with how it was handled. I feel I was brushed off by rental company. My issue is can anyone come there to get a key. With my name on contract the key should have been given to me only. If I would have called them to make special arrangements it would have been different. I still had to make a special trip to rental office to initial something. Another thing no one informed us there was no pool table. I found out why there wasn't one when I took the key back.

This is the second year we have rented this house. I love the open layout with the kitchen, living room and master bedroom on the first floor. We have teenagers and they love having the pool table and their own bedrooms on the lower level.

We rented this house for a long weekend with several others families and it was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the fact that there was an open layout between the kitchen, dining and living areas. It was a short drive to the park and to Swallow Falls. Our one negative is that there was no air conditioning.

The service, house, and everything was perfect!
The staff was wonderful and accomodating. The house was very clean. It could use a new pool table though that one is a little rickety :) -

Lovely accomodations. I was disappointed not to have toilet paper in the bathrooms, though. For resort prices, I think that is a reasonable expectation. If toilet paper will not be provided, that should be mentioned in the pre-vacation information along with beach towels, soap, and paper towels

The place was nice, but with no aC we couldn't take it anymore, we had to leave a day early. Need more frequent trash pickup.
Also need an insaide lock on front door, our toddlers caould open the front door with ease. -

The entire process from booking this property to check-out was very easy and efficient. The rental property was beautiful. the view was awesome. The inside of the property was immaculate however, we wish some attention would have been giving to the large volume of leaves that covered the entire deck and entrance (walkway and steps). Other than that, everything was fantastic.

We rented the house for a bunch of guys to celibrate their 50th birthday. We had a great time and the house was wonderful. It is a little too far away from the lake to enjoy that part but we really enjoyed our time at the house.

Excellent value for the money...the view is great, the house is clean and spacious. We rented this 5 times and plan to do it again any time we decide to spent time in Deep Creek Lake.

We spent the weekend. This house was beauifully decorated and furnished with everything that we needed. Check in was easy. The house was close to the Long and Foster location. The house was spacious and the location was good. Nice view of the lake. The roads getting in were a little tricky, because of ice, but the driveway had been cleared prior to our arrival.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. We like the view from the deck and the roomy indoor space. The house was also kept clean. The only issue we had was with the hot tub. There was a heating problem, and the rental office was not able to fix it during our stay.

The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies adequate and fan in master bedroom noisy. It felt like our home for the week except for the many family picture of the owners family. Would go back again.
