Ideally located just minutes from the WISP Ski and Golf Resort, this cozy getaway is perfect for any season.

  This was a very nice condo and was very happy with the kitchen! Stayed at three different townhouse/condos here and this one had everything I needed. Also was nice too be close to restaurants when we wanted to go out! The only thing that's due it not perfect was a teenage son with a new laptop and no wifi. That would b a nice addition

  We love the location and our place, but they have the most uncomfortable living room furniture. I would tell anyone interested in renting it about the furniture.

  roofing problems

  Very disappointed with Long and Foster. Roofing noise ruined the week. We should have been notified that one of the units we were renting was being roofed. We should have been offered an alternative time or unit.
  
  Alicia in the rental office was supposed to get back with me regarding a partial refund. One week later I have not heard from her. Poor follow through.
  
  We have rented from Railey before. This is the fourth year we have come to Ski Harbor for our family reunions. I doubt we would rent from L&F again and probably will not return to Deep Creek.
  
  The units themselves were acceptable. #35 was lovely, clean, well-equipped, very comfortable. #49 was acceptable. #43 was run down and the lobby/stairs in the building of #43 and #49 was very dirty and rundown.

  You are correct in that we should have followed through with this issue. Unfortunately when properties are part of an association, the associations do not always contact rental companies and advise them of repairs. What happened with Ski Harbor is rain for several weeks which pushed the roof work ahead during rental season. Vendors that are hired to do a job do not take into consideration an appropriate start time and finish time. Our office will be in contact with the guest to get the issue resolved. Either way the guest should have been contacted even though the owner may not have contacted us back. We apologize for this oversight on our end.
