Arlington, VAI couldn't have had a better time!

I stayed at this property for my 24th birthday with some friends so we could go snowboarding and have room to relax at night. The pictures on the Long & Foster website don't do this property true justice. We had 10 people total - 4 of the total people were in relationship so they got the bedrooms with the queen beds, 3 singles in the upstairs loft (although the spiral staircase is incredibly narrow and difficult to climb if you're tired or have had a few adult beverages), and everyone else fit comfortably on the couches that were provided. The dining room table easily sat 10 for dinner, and overall it was very spacious. There were 4 or 5 decks in total, with an amazing view of the river/lake and you can see the slopes off to the left. Also, the hot tub was a nice added feature. And for the price, you better believe I'll be back.
(I only gave it a "4" for comfort because that spiral staircase is really, really skinny) -

We were most upset about the bad smell in the townhouse. It smelled like a greasy rotten food smell. Every time we came in the house we had to air it out. It seemed to come from the stove.
My daughter did love the loft
The furniture was beat up
The house was clean
Big open first floor was nice
Front porch light didn't work

This home is very spacious and the furnishings are very comfortable. It was also close to all of the activities in Deep Creek.
Note: I was surprised that there was no air conditioning. Neighbors explained the cooler nights and lack of a need. This should be noted by someone when renting. -

WOW! Some of the best skiing I've experienced in MD. Right after the 2 blizzards of 2010 and the conditions couldn't have been better! The condo was immaculate and very orderly. Plenty of space for our 3 boys to spread out. Really appreciate all of the fine touches that made our stay enjoyable. Loved it and would love to go back!
