Our stay in Deep Creek was wonderful. The house and experience with Taylor-Made was great except for the following exceptions: 1.) The lamps in the homes have huge cobwebs draped over the top of them 2.) Screen doors falling off outside pool doors and basement entry 3.) Basement curtains falling apart 4.) I received a phone call while I was on the lake that went like this: We have been made aware that you have two dogs on the premise, we need to collect $45 per dog and you also have a cat that needs to be removed from the premise immediately, meaning my sister would have to leave our family vacation. Then the person ended the phone call. I was obviously upset and in tears about her telling me my sister had to leave vacation because cat’s aren’t allowed which is not mentioned in my vacation book, it states pet friendly. In the end it turned out the cat was allowed to stay. The call should have been handled like this: Hi Mrs. Spencer, we hear you have brought your family pets with you, our company does charge a fee for pets, can you please stop by the office at your convenience and pay for each pet? Thank you. Additionally, we do not normally allow cats, but since this is not clearly outlined in our guidebook I will run this by manager and see if you can pay for the cat or if there is kennel near by the cat can be held. Is this okay? This is customer service basics.

Myself and my family and friends were unbelievably satisfied with this property. One of the days we didn't leave out at all. It had everything you wanted and needed. We will be going back again this year!

Our stay there was really great! We absolutely loved the house and definitly will stay there again. The few flaws we had were the referigerator was not cooling well, one of the rooms comforter was dirty and there was no stopper in the master bathrooms tub. When we called the office they were very politely and courteous and they came over brought a new comforter and a stopper for the tub, as well as cleaned the back of the refrigerator which helped it to function better. Thanks again for making our stay Wonderful.
Great stay - perfect for 3 families - the pool was great and fun for the kids. It would be great though if the sleeper sofa was in the basement next to the pool table, rather than in the main living area which has a lot of windows without curtains etc.

I went with a group of 14 people and the house was perfect for us. Great location, next door to a go-kart, laser tag, etc fun place and really nice bedrooms. The kitchen is full equipped and is a 10 of 10 for all of us.
Property is smaller than appears, walls were filthy, and the basement was horrible, carpet soiled with black stains throughout, blinds with crack and holes or missing all together. Basement looked as if someone had a wild and out of control party and we showed up right after. blinds in the pool area were falling, cracked or missing.

This is a great house in a great location. The pool is a huge plus since it rained almost every day we were there. The pictures on the web were "true" so we knew what to expect when we got there. Cleaning crew need cleaning lessons though. Dust and cob-webs abound in this home. Also, too many remotes made playing DVDs a bit confusing, but over-all a great place!

We loved the house! It was a perfect layout which allowed two families and a couple each to have their own space. We enjoyed being close, but not too close, to the lake. Deep Creek activities (go-carts, mini-golf, WISP activities) were really close and convenient. The office staff was very helpful when we needed assistance with some aspects of the home. For example, they promptly sent someone to assist with the pool alarm and were ready to send someone to repair the ice maker when it stopped working.
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and we would certainly return to the same property for future visit to Deep Creek.
