Another great time at deep creek. Fantastic view of the lake but it rained all 3 days. That wasnt a big deal so we spent alot of time on the screened in porch. I am only writing this so the owner sees it, the 2 sky lights on the porch are leaking so the porch only had a few dry spots. I think the leaks have been there awhile because the roof seems to be buckling. We love the house but that needs to be looked at.

Arrived a friday with no firewood which was taken care of promyly. Hot tub was not working but was resolved within an hour. Railey has awesome service and we usually rent with them. House was perfect but main level does get hot do to the huge windows. Would recomend drapes or so forth. Peaceful and very enjoyable weekend. Highly recomend this house. Will return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Cameron Station. Check-in was easy and the directions to the house were concise. We did a lot of cooking while there and we thrilled with the kitchen amenities. There was ample room for our party to spread out and enjoy. The view of the lake was perfect and we enjoyed walking the area and taking in the natural beauty. The only thing lacking was proper directions to operate the DVD players.

The house was great. The floor plan was good, the view of the lake were amazing. The fireplaces and the hot tub were perfect touches to make our weekend nice and cozy. We all want to come back and stay again!
The house and View was beautiful

The house and Check in was great. Only one problem My friend had been calling your offfice since Jan 25th or 26th. She forgot her bathing suit in one of the bathrooms. And still as of Feb 9th no one has returned her phone calls. She has called many times. I think someone should take the time and phone people back that forgot something.

We loved the common areas and spend many lovely hours on the deck with a fabulous view of the lake. We had room for privacy when we wanted it.

Cameron Station was a wonderful place to vacation!! It was well equipped, beautifully decorated, spacious; simply lovely in all ways!! The view from the deck was spectacular! I enjoyed getting up before the rest of the house and sipping my coffee as the lake in front of me and the woods around me woke for the day. We have never been to Deep Creek before and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area. We had a great time horseback riding, rafting along the rapids at asci, and soaring downward on the mountain coaster at Wisp. Bike riding through the neighborhood and surrounding road ways was challenging and lots of fun! We enjoyed some of the state parks and will return for further exploration. We had a stupendous vacation and have been recommending both the area and your services to other family and friends. We received excellent caring & helpful service from everyone at Railey Mountain Lake Vacations. Thank you for everything.
I would come back here

CameronStation was a great house for a large group to hang out for a weekend. The only downside is no easy access to the lake.

Very clean and well-appointed home. Beautiful view of the lake. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Only drawback was no dock access.

Cameron Station had amazing views of the Lake, more than enough space for the 10 guests we had and the pictures online didnt do the cabin's features justice. My friends and I were there for a bachelor party, but now plan to visit Cameron Station as an anual event!
We can not wait to come back.

The house was so bright and spacious! We had plenty of room to cook family dinners, read, play pool, play board games, and visit with each other. The house was very clean, and there was everything we needed. The house was situated high on the hill with a beautiful view. Firewood was provided, so we could cozy up by the fire while watching the snow outside. The hot tub was a lot of fun, too!

This was really a great home! The accommodations were excellent. It slept 12 without any crowding, and the amenities were wonderful. I especially liked the full verandah and the sweeping view of the lake. Hiking in the vicinity afforded great vistas and good exercise. Sitting in the jacuzzi afterward was relaxing. I would definitely rent this facility again and would recommend it to anyone, but especially for large groups.

We received excellent service with Railey Mtn. We loved the home. Everything was well kept. We did have a concern the with step down into the back room on the main floor. 2 people fell. Maybe the table should be moved out of the pathway for safety. The grass did need to be cut, but the swing set was a great amenity. We love the view. The jetted tub and the hot tub were great!

This place was, by far, the most spacious place we've ever rented. In fact, the basement is basically big enough to be it's own rental unit. I wish the weather would have been just a little warmer, as the outside living space was fabulous as well. We used the hot tub all weekend, and we used the outdoor fireplace once...but with a little better weather, we could have lived outdoors AND this place was RIGHT on the lake. There was TONS of parking, so the night we entertained we had plenty of space for guests. Our group of friends and family rents a house on the lake every Spring, and we have a standing agreement to always rent something different... it will be hard to top this one... it was fantastic!
Excellent Vacation Home

This was our second visit to Cameron Station and, once again, we were very pleased with the property. It has what to us are three very important features - privacy, adequate size, and quiet. Cameron Station is large enough to accommodate our extended family, and is very well kept. Our only (very minor) complaint is that there is only a charcoal grill. While we love the flavor of charcoal-grilled food, it is hard to manage when cooking for large groups - adding a gas grill would enhance the property. This small issue aside, we highly recommend Cameron Station to families looking for a large, quiet, and reasonably-priced get-away. Read more

We first stayed at Cameron Station in December of 2006 and we?ve been back every year since. Warm, comfortable, spacious yet cozy it just feels like home. It?s a great size for an extended family getaway. Good for four couples plus children and any other guests who might want to drop by. It provides enough space to find a quiet spot if needed but also allows everyone to gather around the dining room table for a meal. In the evenings we tend to gather in the lower level where there is a wood fireplace and pool table.
Right up the road from WISP resort. We haven?t stayed when the roads have been icy but I imagine it might be a bit tough getting up the hill if the roads are slick. The folks at Railey Mountain Lake Vacations are easy to work with and just a phone call away if you need anything. Read more
