We had a very lovely weekend stay at Castlerock. There were a few problems with the furnace and water heater due to the storms from Hurricane Sandy, but maintenance quickly took care of them. The kitchen is gorgeous and decently stocked with cooking/baking needs. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable.
Our main complaint would be the lack of blinds on the windows in the great room. It becomes a fishbowl at night! -

Castlerock and Railey were both top of the line. The house had everything we could have wanted. We did wish we had a better view but the house was so awesome that we didn't miss the view anyway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. It was our first time in Deep Creek and we loved it and will definitely come back again.

Castlerock was an excellent choice for our 1st stay in Deep Creek. The house is beautiful, spotless and was perfectly layed out where my family experienced the comfort and privacy with their own sleeping level plus the openess of the Great room which we could all gather. The location was excellent within a few minutes drive to Wisp or the lake itself. I would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone who enjoys the wonderful sights of deer walking along the property or watching the stars in the evening. I am hoping that our family can do it again and would stay at Castlerock again. It was a Great Family Vacation.

Amazing house with a perfect set up for multiple families with kids. Gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare incredible meals. Our families have enjoyed staying here the last 4 years.

Castle Rock is very spacious. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is excellent. The kitchen has everythin you could ask for. I wish we could have stayed there for a whole week.

Loved the house, the only down fall to the property was that it was confusing on where to turn to get to the house. The signs that say private drive which is where we had to turn was very confusing. Thank you for the place. other than location it was great

Had a great time, the walk to the slope is not bad, the facilities of the house were very good for alarge crowd. Would recommend to anyone looking for a big house on top of the mtn.

My family chose to spend Christmas away from home for the very first time. We were so pleased with the ease of reservations and the accomodations that we are going to make this an annual tradition. I can't express enough how much we enjoyed ourselves.Castlerock is truly a beautiful home and the location is perfect. We packed so many items in fear we would not have all we usually require for holiday festitivities. Needless to say, Castlerock was furnished with everything we packed and more.

Hi, Castlerock is an amazing house, full of amenities and great location. It is really nice that there is plenty of parking, there are almost no other houses around too. The setup is nice, rooms very spacious, kitchen stocked extremely well.
The staff at Railey was wonderful as always (i've been renting for over 10 years from Railey). You couldn't ask for better service.
I highly reoommend both Castlerock and Railey! -

My family (5 families) got together to celebrate my Parent's 50th Wedding anniversary and we had a blast at this house. It is decorated very tastefully and has plenty of rooms. We loved the fact that the kids had a cul de sac to play on and we did not have to worry about traffic. The house had a nice size rec room and bedrooms downstairs away from the main level for peace and quiet. We also loved the room upstairs for the kids they were accessible yet away from the noise at night if you needed to put a little one to bed. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with double ovens and dual sinks to allow you to prepare large meals. It is very close to the White water rafting facility (which you should definately check out!) There is nothing bad to say about this house. My family has wonderful memories of this house!
