We were very pleased with our rental. It was as advertised. It was the perfect size for us. There were about 8 of us and there was plenty of room and plenty of everything to make us all comfortable.

We had two houses for about 8 families (couples). The accomodations were great although we could have used a larger dining table. I couldn't locate any table leaves in the house. The house was good size for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utinsels,etc.
Unfortunately, we couldn't get the gas fireplace to work in our unit or #11 (the other half of my family) and on those chilly nights it would have been nice . It was helpful having a bedroom and bath on the first floor for ease of my elderly parents. The house was clean and fresh smelling.
My only complaint was it was close to the road and the hot tub and deck faced the road. I don't know that I would like that location in the summer...too noisy?. -

We rented this property during Autumn Glory 2007. The home was generally well maintained, decorated very nicely, and overall - served our needs reasonably well. However, unfortunately, there were a few "issues" when we arrived. First there was insect (fruit fly's or something similar) infestation in the kitchen area near a trashcan. This was a real annoyance! I'm assuming the previous guest had something that attracted this unwanted attention. In addition, the lighting was "out" in one of the bathrooms and there were some minor cleanliness issues. Finally I would recommend, as is now the trend in the hotel industry, that the owners of the properties do away with comforters or bedspreads on the beds and use something that can be easily washed after each guest has departed.
