A great location in which to enjoy the Deep Creek Lake and the fall sunshine. Wonderful view of the lake. Children really enjoyed playing on the beach and in the water in view of the house.

The dock was great for the kids, who valued the ability to swim and/or grab a kayak (which we brought) whenever they wanted. Place was very clean and everything worked great. Only complaints were (1) a bit close to the end of the north end of the lake, where there was a bit of boat traffic perhaps compared to other locations around the lake, and (2) no extended channel selection on the cable TV. The owners opted not to upgrade boxes when Comcast changed their servce, so there is only a handful of local channels available. However, that turned out to be a blessing in disguise for the kids - one less distraction to keep them from heading outside! Oh yes - one positive about the location is that it is very close to Wisp and all of the vacatiojn amenities there.

We needed to find a place to relax and that offered us a variety of things to do. Our children are in their twenties so we were looking more for activities conducive for that age. This property was conveniently located, provided adequate space and was very clean. Our view was beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this location.
