The house was beautiful, clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The staff was always helpful with any questions I had (I used on-line chat a couple of times) and the check-in was smooth. Our only problem came with finding the house when it got dark. We tried to get to the rental office in the daylight hours but traffic was heavy in spots due to the Thanksgiving holiday and we arrived just after the sun went down. It was very dark and the homes were set back from the road so we couldn't easily find Sweetwater Ridge. The only markings by the road were lot numbers which we found out later. I called the office and was the representative was very helpful.

The location of the home was just wonderful, nestled in the mountains with a wonderful view of the lake! Very private with deer sightings every day. Lots of fun activities!

The house is clean, comfortable, and the view is beautiful. The only problem is that the upstairs get very hot and the downstairs get very cold. It has enough common areas and the bedrooms are very nice. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable. It is perfect for a group of friends or families.

We liked the house, but it was not as well maintained as it should be. A number of lights were burned out and the hot tub had no chlorine. Also, the check in line at the office was excessive.

The home was in a great location, with a beautiful view and setting. It was decorated nicely, and seemed in fairly good condition. Our only complaint was that we had dog hair on all of our stuff by the end of our stay, which made the home seem unclean. We wouldn't choose this home again for that reason.
