We had a wonderful week with a great group of friends, and some fresh snow at the beginning of our stay didn't hurt either!
The house was nice, clean and cozy but we had some minor problems with the understocked kitchen: not a single cutting board in the house and not enough plastic containers (actually, there was only one) to save leftovers from dinners. Also with all the winter boots and clothes the hanger and entry space in the living room was always a mess. Might not be a problem in summer but in winter I wish we could enter through the garage and leave all the boots there or in the laundry room.
We were grateful for all the pillows and extra blankets that the management has provided, they cam handy. Also, the response time to a couple requests that wee had along the way was prompt and efficient. Good job, Railey Mountain Lake Vacations! -

We found two roaches in the basement bathroom and the odor of the basement was horrible. We had to go out to buy carpet and air deordorizer to even tolerate the bad smell. And that was even after we had aired out the basement for a day. The rest of the house was fine, therefore the average review I gave, which may be a bit generous. When we got to the house the front door lock broke on the second day, something to due with the tumblers inside. I have to say maintance came to repair that very quickly, they also fixed the screen that had a big hole in it. I also was alittle surprised about the duct tape fix on the masterbathroom vanity, I don't remember seeing that in the picture. But the showers and tubs were very clean and in good condition, which is always a plus. All in all, we would use your reality company again due to the good service you provided us in check in and the maintance, but would not stay at that house again.

We loved the house, it was perfect for all the people who went along. The only thing that was misleading was the walk and steps to the boat slip...very steap, my niece and granddaughter fell on them and my sister-in-law was not able to do the steps...so that was a little disappointing. We had rented home before with boat slips and never had this type of set-up, will be very cautious for our next rental.
