Three years ago, we stayed at Under The Moon and I thought that was my favorite house until this year when we stayed at Treasured Memories. We loved this house!!! Perfect layout, completely stocked with everything you need (except a can opener). We have been vacationing at Deep Creek Lake for seven years now and have stayed in five different houses...this one, is by far, the very best!!
The only recommendation I would make to the homeowner, would be to trim the tree on the property which blocks a large view of the lake...other than that...don't change a thing about this house!!
Thanks for a great vacation!! Can't wait to be back next year!! -

This is the third time we have been able to stay at Treasured Memories. It has been our favorite house at the lake. The house has been redone since we first started staying, and it is beautiful. The kitchen is the best stocked I have seen, the furnishings are comfortable, the deck and yard are great. The location of the house is perfect. It is right in the middle of everything, but quiet at the same time. Everyone at Railey Realty that I had the pleasure of dealing with was very friendly and helpful.

This place was awesome. It had more than we could have asked for. The location is great, with access to the water. The outside of the house is perfect too, with the spacious deck and back yard, hot tub, dock, and fire pit. The inside is huge and very well kept as well.

I would like to see the owner invest into a large flat screen TV in the living room and get rid of the small entertainment center. We also feel that some blinds are necessary to block the sun out for the TV.

We spent 4 nights over the New Years Eve Hoiday with our entire family including our 6 grandchildren 3 daughters and their husbands. Such a great venue that we imidiately booked next year same time frame entending an extra night. In addition to all the wonderful amenities provided, we are all huge NFL fans and discovered based on an inquirey of Railey that this spacific owner has added the NFL ticket to the cable feed. We enjoyed watching both the Ravens and Steelers games simultanously.
One great venue and we intend to make it our families New Year's tradition for many years to come.
Hats off to the owner and Railey for opening our eyes to the possibilities and enjoyment for some strong family bonding at this magical winter wonderland.
The only issue that was unavioidable due to the high volumn of tenants ariving was the long lines at check in. We have made plans to compensate next year.

This vacation surpassed all of our expectations. Every age group enjoyed it from young children to grandparents. The house was beautifully appointed, the lake was spectacular, and the grounds were well kept - all a real treat. In fact, the lake was the most beautiful one we've ever seen and the boaters in our group had a ball. We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and other attractions. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Treasured Memories was by far the nicest house we have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious for all 20 of us and the amenities were spectacular. I felt like I was in a friends house as opposed to a rented home. I was concerned about the high price tag but it was definitely worth it.

I can not say enough about the people that work at Railey realty these girls are so great and kind , they go over and beyond call of duty.. The only thing is that the trip Wasnt longer ! Also we have been coming there for 18 years and hopefully more years to come. We just need to find two houses side by side each other to accomdate us 18.. But there Isnt much anyone can do about that , but you everyone at Railey try their hardest to find what we need , thanks again

My group's stay at Treasured Memories was awesome.
Check In and Check Out with Railey was quick and the staff was very friendly. The lcoation of the property was outstanding. It was only a short walk to a number of nice restaraunts and activities, and a very quick drive to the golf course and ski area. The pictures of the house did not do it justice. It is huge. The rooms were spacious and tastefully outfitted. The newly built double tiered back deck was wonderful and prvided a great sitting area to take int he views of the lake.
