The one (and only) drawback is that the house does not have a pooltable. The owners should consider adding a pool table to the game room! Otherwise, an exceptional place to stay!

This was the best house we have ever stayed in at the Deep Creek. I was not sure about trading ski in ski out for a better home, but I believe we got a great value.

We had an awesome stay recently at Highland's Heaven! The house itself is gorgeous with sweeping views of the lake. The property was spotless and well cared for. We loved it so much that we are definitely going to return next year. Just an awesome experience all around!

Visit was definitely a positive experience for the entire family.
The brochure/website ads were very accurate. Interactions w/ property manager were consistently helpful, courteous and accomodating.
Maintenance had to be called for a minor problem with a showerhead. The technician was there within 30 minutes and not only did he resolve that problem, but found some game pieces to an air hockey game in the guest closet and asked if we had needed them. Had a great attitude even though he had to come out to the house shortly after 5.

The home had long driveway that was ankled down to the home and it was difficult to get in an out of. It made it difficult for my family members who did not have 4wd. The ski resort was over priced with only a 5% discount offered to vacationers. The house was not preped for arrival, meaning cold house no water was turned on. The first part of my vacation was trying to figure out the heat and hot water, oh and trying to get out of the driveway. The rental agent had come over several times to plow us out, which was a BIG help, could not of done it without them

We cannot say enough about this house and property! The view was amazing. The pictures on the website of the house did not do the house justice. It was beyond our expectations. It was nice to have the rooms in separate areas of the house. When traveling with a large group, it was nice to have separate quarters to retire to in the evening. I would suggest this property to everyone!

The House was very nice and clean. The only problems we encountered were that we ran out of propane gas for the grill while grilling (it may be helpful to have a back-up tank), the low flow shower heads in the upstairs showers, and the fridge needed a water filter change. It was so nice to come directly to the house and enter with a code (key-less entry) The interior was beautifully decorated with very nice amenities. We had a great time, enjoyed the Lake view, and would return to this house in the future. Thank you

This property is a gorgeous retreat from the hustle and bustle of being near the Highway properties. The booking agency was very helpful and courteous. I would suggest that Taylor-Made make their extras known to their customers before their stay, such as the pool codes and Wisp golfing package or any other extras given.

it was awesome! great house...only problem..when we booked the property we were told that the dock slip was a five minute walk from the house. which it was but they didn't tell us that is was down the side of the mountain! hard for the older guests. ither than that it was great!! please thank the ownwers ! p.s the beds were very comfy ,thanks for getting nice mattreses
