We rang in the new year with friends in a winter wonderland!

We had a fabulous time ringing in the New Year with friends. The snow fell all weekend and the skiing was great. We rented two townhomes in Deep Creek Village which was a super location since there was a large group of adults and teenagers that were able to come and go to the slopes as they pleased. The townhomes were spacious, well stocked and clean. Our coffee maker broke while we were there and the rental office had one at the place within a couple of hours. We also enjoyed the hot tub! It was a wonderful way to spend the holiday!

The house itself was nice and everything seemed to be fairly clean. The only major problem was the basement bedroom was completely and utterly infested with like an entire swarm of flies. We tried killing as many as we could but they kept showing up. There was at least hundreds of them down there.
Very nice rental.

Overall, very pleased. Service was nice. Excellent location and view.
Only slight dislikes was the hardness of the king bed in master bedroom. Way too hard. Water stream in master shower was too forceful. Tension rod in lower bathroom would not stay up. No pantry in kitchen to store dry items, therefore taking up counter space and floor space. Not "extended cable" as advertised and information booklet left at house.

Very nice rental. Very clean. Perfect spot if you want to go skiing or during the summer, the mountain activities - right across from Wisp. You can walk down to a cove on the lake. The property had a nice yard, we were able to take our small dogs which was wonderful (for an extra small fee). Rental office was very nice - helpful with local information.

This condo is in a great location across the street from Wisp. For our first place gave us a first good experience but would not stay there again. Family room small for a family of four. No where for the kids to go while adults watch TV. The decor and the furniture felt warn and old.

Due to a snow storm, the roads to the home we originally rented were unplowed and even our 4WD vehicle could not make it up a very steep snow covered hill. We were graciously given this townhome to use by Raily Realty during our Thanksgiving vacation in 2008. The home was very nice with a plenty of room for our family of 5. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the soaking tub in the lower level bath. The only negatives were: TV has only a basic package (local Pittsburgh stations and 3 or 4 home shopping channels and CNN). The big negative was not the house itself but the fact that it was VERY noisy (sound travels through the walls from the attached houses) and the BIG NEGATIVE were the out of control teenagers whose family has a weekend home at Deep Creek Village and who continually harassed us by knocking on our door and running away as we tried to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal and who vandalized our vehicle.

My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend. thursday to sunday. we had a good time renting a boat on the lake for a day and mountainbiking. the Condo was nice and clean but the Airconditioner was not working when we arrived and it was pretty hot. after a long drive we were kinda tired so that was not great. the office told us we would have to wait until the next day to have it fixed but that was unacceptable. After I whent back to the office again the sent someone to fix the unit but our first day was not that great. I would stay again in deep creek with Railey. we want to try a different house next time.. Randy Schoener
