This was the first time that we rented from Taylor Made when we were down at Deep Creek, we normally just rent from Railey. After this stay I do not think we would use this management property company again. The appearance when you walked into the house was nice and the house was tidety but that is where it ended. The house needed a major cleaning and looked like it had not been vacuumed in a really long time. The carpets had food all over them and we found at least 3 pieces of garbage (water bottles so forth) that were under beds, dressers and the couch that could have been removed during basic cleaning. Spider webs were everywhere and the bathrooms were pretty bad too with hair still everywhere. The house owners would be disappointed to know that the house is not being properly showcased by doing detailed cleaning. You should def come up with a detailed check list for your cleaning staff to make sure items are cleaned properly. The kitchen had crumbs everywhere which just made it feel dirty and you did not want to touch anything. We loved the house and location just wish it would have been cleaner.

Keyless entry, close to the water, shops, and restaurants, clean, and spectacularly well equipped with plenty of utensils, plates, and high speed wireless internet, all made this a first class destination and a great weeks vacation.
