Apartment 1005 offers a great mix of location and stylish decor. The unit features a flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room as well as a workspace. Of course, like all our units, it comes with free local calls, free Wi-Fi Internet and Cable TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking or entertaining and the balcony allows you to enjoy the beautiful Medellin climate. All this and just three blocks from Parque Lleras, the most famous nightlife spot in the city.

Hi,
I rented this apartment in 2011 and tried to in 2012.
In 2013 I stayed there one month. Tried to stay there from the beginning but they messed the reservations up so I had to move to another apartment even after paying the reservation fee. The new apartment had a construction site directly in front so after 2 days I had to leave, it was unbearable. Next one was quite a good apartment, but I moved over to 1005 due to not receiving long term conditions.
The move was pretty badly organized. I had a bill until the 7th of March but they gave me a call oin the 6th that I have to move out immediatly. Then they even tried to double charge me for this day. After some discussions they admitted that they made an error but they tried to change the original agreement which was already payed to a worser state where I would have to pay more...
Okay, then in 1005 I got a confirmation that I can stay there 6 months. It was really great to hear from them on the 4th that I have to move out on the 6th if I'm not willing to sign a contract for 1 year.
And during maintenance work in the apartment my perfum vanished. was a cheap one for 100 Usds...

It's true we had a perfect storm of mistakes and misunderstandings with this client and we do apologize for the disruptive nature of the various changes to his accommodations.
I wish his trip had been as perfectly co-ordinated as his first stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to find Matthias a vacation apartment in Medellin in the future.
