Hello.
The experience at The Blux is super, the treatment of the personnel assigned to the building is excellent. The location is very central and very close to Lleras and Poblado Parks.
However, the experience with apartments Medellin is not as good as that with the apartment rented. The customer service approach needs to improve, that is the reason only a three star review is given

Stayed at the Blux 901 apartment for 8 days in November 2012 and would like to state how impressed I was by my overall experience. The apartment is situated within a beautiful, state of the art building with exceptional amenities such as a rooftop pool, gym, salson, and had very friendly staff/security. The staff at the apartment Medellin were incredibly helpful in getting me situated and upon arrival, I was provided with maps, and a general info packet that helped me get started in the right direction.
The apartment itself is designed with modern furnishings and contained all the amenities that make you feel right at home. The true highlight of the apartment had to be the floor to ceiling windows that provided me with a spectacular view of the city. The Blux is a short walk to the heart of El Poblado, and is within walking distance of the El Poblado metro station, which gives you access to the rest of this beautiful city!
I had an amazing first trip to Medellin, and my stay at the Blux 901 played a significant part in my overall experience. Much thanks to all the staff! Would highly recommend the Blux 901 to anyone visiting the wonderful city of Medellin! -

Comfortable apt. near Poblado and the shopping centres.
When I arrived the bathroom and two other areas didn't have working bulbs. I complained and in two days two men came to fix it. The next day, the lights went out in another room. Again I complained, they said someone would come the next day but for the rest of the week no one came.
There are some semi transparent windows in the kitchen because of these window sound travels very easily both ways and it can be disturbing if you go to bed early.
Also because of the windows it's possible to see the other person if they are close to the window so be careful of your state of dress.
Long steep hill to the apt., so if you are not fit, take a taxi. However, it was good exercise.
Apt. had a nice view. and good net connection.
When I went to pay the bill, the young lady kept staring at the computer while she spoke to me. I realize she might be busy with work but it's polite to have some eye contact when you are dealing with people.
Comfortable apt. I would recommend it.

Very much enjoyed the five days spent in the Blux apartment, very well appointed and cosy place to stay in El Poblado, good gym and pool facilities, this apartment has everything for the solo visitor or couple wishing to have a safe, secure place to base themselves in Medellin, easy access to all attractions, very helpful staff and all good amenities within the building
