The Roxy ann Carriage House sits at the top of the gated property like a queen overlooking Heavenly sunsets, encircling mountains, fruitful Roxy ann Vineyard, and beautifully maintained gardens. Wow! Up the driveway to your private parking area. Walk in the front door of this 2 story, 1500 sq. ft. home and feel the luxury and hospitality. Perfect. The open space welcomes you with artistic decor, fresh/clean air, and beauty abound. The entertainment area has a large TV with an extensive DVD collection. The full service kitchen is extremely well equipped where you'll find a welcome basket and a Keurig cup coffee machine accompanied by "K-cups:" coffees, hot chocolate, teas. Windows surround you, but the view from the deck is worth the $89 per day, all by itself. No matter what the weather brings, sitting outside or even inside, you will feel refresh and uplifted!
Upscale all the way from the towels and toiletries in the bath to the sheets and bedding on the extremely comfortable bed. There is a nice office area up in the lovely bedroom, along with an additional TV.
The gracious owners can be available or not; your choice.
Two miles down the hill, Medford has a nice indoor mall, Safeway, Costco, Outback, etc. Easy access to Hwy 5 and ashland's Shakespeare Festival or Grants Pass' Rogue River. Warning: you'll find yourself lingering at "home," and you won't want to leave!!! What queen (or king) would? -

We have stayed twice at the carriage house in Medford. The owners are a lovely, attentive couple and see to your every want or need. The apartment is very clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Being so close to ashland, we were able to see the plays and shop at the lovely little shops. We loved the breathtaking views from the balcony and loved to sit out in the evening to watch the lights come on in Medford. We are making plans to go back again this year!
