This home has a roomy living room, with a full sized kitchen and plenty of room at the table. Nestled in East Medford it is just a short drive to Ashland (home of the Shakespeare Festival), the Britt Festival in Jacksonville plus easy to get to Mt. Ashland for skiing or even Crater Lake for some hiking! This lovely home is a duplex but you would never know it! The only wall that is shared by the other unit is the kitchen which is located at the other end of the home from the bedrooms. So rest assured you will have a quiet peaceful night sleep!

This home has no neighbors across the street. It does have a lush gorgeous park that some say (the park maintenance personal) is the most beautiful park in Medford. As soon as we saw the view and the peace the home offers we couldn't pass it up. Having owed it for over 10 years now we will never sell we love it too much!
