Near the house there is a sport airport, a small golf course and ranch. At 4 km there are many restaurants and bars, nightlife and plenty of sporting activities in Medulin, and the only sandy beache in Istria. The center of Pula is at 6 km.
The bus station is located at 600m from the house. However, taxi is cheap. The closest shop is at 1,8km from us, the first restaurant at 2km.

The prices include: tourist taxes (registration and residence fee), bed linen and towels, consume of gas, water, electricity, internet use and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small per person) are changed every 7 days and for each new guest. During high season (July and August) reservations are accepted only from Sathurday to Sathurday. One day stays are increased by 50%, 2 and 3 days by 30% and for stays longer than 4 days are valid the above prices.

I booked this appartment from germany, and my first sight was exactly like on the photos, also it was easy to get there. I had for my car a parking spot in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, so you can sleep in the night very well. The big "tourist" places are easy to get there. The sea is also easy to travel. The appartments itself were clean, big, and nice to stay in. Also the house was easy to access !
