It is a typical old house. like a small bed rooms , small bath room, small kitchen and smell like old house.
But there is a big room on down stairs. It can be easy to 8 people sleep there.
We could not make work on wood stove. It require to know about better.
In money wise , this house is good deal. -

I am in the middle of a ten day stay here. Cozy home, a hop to the lake for a morning dip. Large screen tv for great Olympics viewing, all you need in the kitchen (including espresso maker) for great dinners overlooking the lake on the large deck. There are two and a half bathrooms, washer dryer, and ample rom for 10 to sleep comfortably. I'll be back as soon as I can be!

Nice property. Couple of suggestions ... make it easier for the renter to identify which 'buoy' is theirs. In addition, the silverware is not good (the forks 'tweak' with minimal pressure). There weren't any pans to cook (in the oven) with. The downstairs t.v. didn't work. The internet was 'spotty' @ best.

Thank you for the review - I forwarded it on to the Owners for their information. They had just recently pruchased this home and are still putting their "touches" on this home to be sure that every guest has an exceptionally wonderful time. The TV just needed to be plugged in FYI.
Internet in Tahoe is a challenge - we are surrounded by mountains, and cell phones are useless in some areas also. The HOA sets the rules for the buoys - and marking them - and the owners must follow those rules. The owner did email and speak with you about the exact buoy location before and during your stay, our other guests have not had a problem with finding it at all. I do hope that overall you enjoyed your stay here in Tahoe.
