Luxuriate in this gorgeous villa on the island of Mykonos. The island is known for its wonderful beaches, charming towns all in idyllic white and blue, lively nightlife and world famous beach parties. In recent years, Mykonos has also become a celebrity destination, so keep your eyes out for familiar faces when you go out (try Pasarou beach). However, spending time at your own amazing luxury villa with a pool in Greece will make you feel like a celebrity—it's impossible not to when you've got full-time maid and chef service, ready and waiting to make your experience at this villa in Greece the highlight of your Mykonos holiday.

Offering the height of luxury, the villa is perched on the side of a hill overlooking the sea and Megali Ammos beach. The property is surrounded by olive trees, bougainvillea, gardenias, palm trees, and a cactus garden. To the north there is an open view of Mykonos Town and its picturesque windmills. Outdoor amenities include a huge swimming pool and deck equipped with elegant rattan furniture and a barbecue, surrounded by bougainvilleas, grape vines, and cactus. There are a total of four outdoor areas: a balcony, a kitchen terrace, a salon, and the barbeque area. The salon, located above the cactus garden, is great for dining or a relaxing massage. A couple (both fluent in English) lives on site and attends to all daily housekeeping, cooking, pool and grounds maintenance. Although they have lived on the island for 15 years, they are both originally Filipino, so the menu offers a variety of choices.
(250 m2/2690 ft2)
As the villa is nestled into a hillside, there is no true ground floor, since both the first and second levels have outdoor access. Much if the furniture in the house is made from colonial teak, imported from the Indonesian island of Bali. Art on the walls is a mixture collected from all over the world.
Ground Floor: The front door leads into the living area on the right. Also on the right is the conservatory, a glassed area overlooking the town of Mykonos, Tinos Island, and the sunset. On the left of the entryway is located a kitchen/dining room, fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, juicer, toaster, cappuccino maker, and blender. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom (not ensuite) with sink, toilet, and shower. There is also one bedroom with two twin-beds and an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.
First Floor: (Also at ground level) Situated on the same level as the swimming pool, the first floor bedrooms function as a self-contained suite. There are two connecting bedrooms: one twin-bedded room and one double bedroom. The bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Please be aware that from the twin-bedded room, you must pass through the double bedroom to get out of the suite and into the rest of the villa. There is also a kitchenette.
Second Floor: There is a master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub. All ground floor and second floor bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans; the first floor bedrooms have standing fans. All bedrooms have mosquito nets over the beds.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The facility was outstanding and the service was first rate. The pictures online had us expecting a nice location and all of us felt that the property delivered what was expected, and then some!
The outdoor area was very private and calming. There were lots of spaces to seek out some downtime both inside and outside.
Lots of beaches to go and try out. Walking distance to the town, easy cab rides to anywhere. That said, we would recommend a car to people for the freedom it offers. The view was outstanding, the sunsets from the property are magical.

Wonderful, it was a very relaxing vacation.
The pool and outdoor eating areas.
The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the toilets - due to the older plumbing, we weren't allowed flush the t.p.!
Liked the "smallness" of the island - could explore the whole island.

The Villa defies description. It is rare that the true beauty of something exceeds the website pictures and commentary. This villa is just such a case. The interior, the grounds and the views are spectacular. Anne Marie, Athena and Ernesto, have our gratitude and appreciation, as they are the perfect complement. They made our family feel at home and comfortable and attended to every detail. As for the cooking, to say it is extraordinary, would be an understatement.
Our stay was more than we ever expected and wished for. All of these words can never truly express the lasting memories we will have of Amelia's Sweet 16 celebration in Mykonos at this Villa.
It is difficult to single out anything as being more outstanding. The staff, the property and the location were all perfect and beyond our expectations.
There was nothing about the property that we didn't like!! Therefore, our only dissatisfaction was that we had to leave!
The views from the villa were breathtaking! The location was perfect allowing us to either stay at the villa and relax and enjoy the pool or walk down to the small local beach if we preferred to swim in the sea.

The most fantastic vacation experience. I have never been so pampered and relaxed.
The villa exceeded all my expectations, just wish I had an extra week.
Location, location, location. The ability to go into Mykonos town multiple times a day if desired.
Ernesto and Anna Marie were amazing. First class service, friendly but quiet and respectful of the guests' privacy.
The pool level suite was perfect for our group of 3 family members but could be awkward for 2 couples, very little privacy. Also the rooms were not air conditioned like the other bedrooms.
Spectacular scenery, nightly sunsets were breath taking.
Car, moped and ATV rental at the bottom of the hill if desired.

Well cared for by Ernesto and Anna-Marie, making the experience easy and relaxing.
Secluded behind a stone wall and gate you feel like you are away from the rest of the Island and the outside world.
Two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom and you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get out to the patio. It worked well for our group but may not for some. The laundry price should be established ahead of time if Anna- Marie does the washing. It was expensive.
Great beach at Super Paradise and many along the way. Did not rent a car or moped and walked most everywhere. Didn't really want to leave the Villa.

Villa Mykonos was the best travel experience we have ever had. The staff, Ernesto and Anne Marie, pampered us from the moment we arrived to the last good-bye hugs. It actually took some getting used to. Wonderful people.
The Master Bedroom and the outdoor areas were incredibly comfortable.
Room with Twin beds was inconvenient for our group, but understood.
Lower level bedroom exposed to various "critters" if windows left open.
No real complaints if you didn't ask.
15 min walk to town was lovely. 10 min jog to gym was perfect.
Mykonos has a different beach waiting - everyday!

Wonderful! The villa was perfect, and the staff was so gracious.
The outside areas and the pool.
We liked it all.
The beaches were great and the tavernas on the beaches were excellent. Mykonos was very lively and fun to walk around at all times of day and night!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Mykonos. From the time we arrived at the airport Ernesto and Anna Marie took excellent care of us, and seemed to anticipate our every need.
The property was beautifully maintained and provided spectacular views of the harbor and famous windmills.
The only surprise was the lack of privacy in the 2 bedrooms that shared a small bath. The second bedroom was only accessible through the first bedroom.
The location was great - town and a beach were a quick walk away. We also rented 2 cars to explore the island, which I would recommend.

One of the best vacations ever. We were a group that are all well traveled and everyone thought this villa was outstanding and will be hard to beat.
EVERYTHING, from the beautiful grounds, to the all the outside "lounging" areas, the bedrooms and bathrooms, but most of all how we were pampered by Ernesto, Anne Marie and Gigi. They were always available but never intrusive.
A beautiful fun Greek Island, what more to say.

I want to thank my Rentvillas Travel Advisor for all the help she gave our group in helping us plan this wonderful week, and the owner for not being worried when I had her get us 4 cases of wine. It was truly an experience of a life time which all of us will never forget.
The view!! The pool !! Not having to cook...fresh orange juice and the best coffee every morning when we wanted it. A table that sat all 10 of us for dinner with candles and lanterns glowing everywhere with the most beautiful flowers around us. Oh did I mention the POOL !!!!!
The only thing I would change is having the kitchen, dining-room and living room air-conditioned like the bedrooms were.
The most spectacular view Ive ever seen, I even got up early to watch the sail-boats and cruse ships come in. I believe that our group took over 800 pictures.

We absolutely loved it. It was so pretty and well-equipped. We felt like we were at a luxury hotel, but better. Loved having a cook, too.
The view was spectacular and the whole property was beautiful.
The only small thing I would say is that the living room area didn't really have good seating for all of us, especially when we tried to watch a movie.
Loved being able to walk into town.

It was very clean and well maintained. Ernesto's extensive video library.
Having the caretakers around the home. It was often difficult to relax . My guests needed their privacy.
The area surrounding the villa has a nice feel, however, as we had gale force winds for all of our stay we could not enjoy it as much. We found ourselves indoors a lot. Happy hour would have been very pleasant if the chairs did not have to be tied down or brought in. There needs to be more shelter for times like these.

The Villa was fabulous. But Ernesto and Anna Maria, made everything so seamless. They helped facilitate our every need.
The property was fantastic, however the ferry system in Mykonos leaves much to be desired. I can give more detail if there is any interest.
The restaurants the shopping the view. It was all spectacular.

The views were stunning, the grounds fabulous and meticulously neat. The caretakers, Ernesto and Anne Marie, where outstanding. They were the true treasure of Mykonos! We especially enjoyed all the outside eating and lounging niches and the candlelit dining!
We rented scooters and visited all of the island, beaches and shopping areas.

Our visit to Villa Mykonos was spectacular! Little did we know that when we booked the villa it was the week of the Festival of St. Mary. We heard that an additional 50,000 were on the island during the week. Ernesto, Maria, Lolita and Athena were attentive to our every need and the food was fabulous. We could have done a lot more sightseeing, but the villa was so comfortable, we stayed there most of the time. We took walks to town in the afternoon and worked off all the calories from the delicious food. Ernesto took me to the fish market a few times and I got to pick out fresh local fish which was quite an experience. The villa's exterior was very spacious and we could spend the whole day outside, either in the pool, under the pergola, or lounging on the first or second floor chairs taking in the views of the harbor. The views at night were equally spectacular and we ate outside every night. We would highly recommend this villa to a large family or group of friends. All in all a great time for everyone! Was the villa worth the price and worth what we paid for it? Yes. The pool and outdoor dining area was stunning. We ate all our meals outside and at night the view of the water and lights of Mykonos was magnificent. We tried renting a van on the island but unless you have driven before in Greece, do not try it. As a result we walked into town in the late afternoons. It took about 20 minutes and was doable for everyone but grandma who was 82. The first part was a little rocky and had some slope to it, but once you hit the road, it was fine. We walked to the ferry to do a day trip to Delos and there were other ferry trips as well from the port. Our family was content to stay at the villa and read, play games, tell stories and relax. If you have a group that wants to go out and party late at night, it is difficult to get around. There are only 20 or so taxis on the island and they are not reliable so getting around on foot is the only option. There are restaurants within walking distance but the hot bars are too far to walk. We also did not try the beaches because of the crowds. There is a bus line within walking distance of the villa that goes to the beach. Not sure the schedule or cost of this. Is the help helpful? Yes. The villa is cared for by a Philippine family consisting of the father, Ernesto, who cares for the villa, pool, garden, shopping, etc., the mother who is an excellent chef, and the 2 daughters who help cook, serve the meals and keep the villa clean. They live in a small building behind the pool. They cater to your every need and understand your need for privacy as well. Ernesto understands English pretty well and will make ferry reservations, dinner reservations, and do whatever he can to help. They are wonderful people and will make your stay very comfortable. Just remember that Ernesto is not your personal chauffer (he will take you shopping for food or other needs for the villa) and the villa's jeep is not for your use.

The pictures on line do not do the place justice.
The staff were superb....kind, warm, friendly, expert at local advice.
There were some plumbing issues that need attention, and they are being worked on.
Walk into town, beautiful pool and garden and view

A great property in a great location. We found it to be a superior vacation value.
The villa is situated in a beautiful, peaceful spot with a fabulous view and impeccable grounds. The staff is what makes this villa stand out, however. They are friendly, efficient, and fabulous cooks. They greet you with a smile each morning and throughout your day there is nothing that they cannot do to make you comfortable.
Some of the bedrooms are small but overall every person was thrilled with the property.
Everything is close. You can walk into town and the beaches are within a ten minute scooter or taxi ride.
