Villa Marta is a beautifulhillside modern style building overlooking Meina village, just 20 km from famous Stresa – Lake Maggiore. It is situated in an extremely panoramic position, in the high part of the village (1 Km from the lake), each side of the villa benefits from breathtaking lake view assuring its guests the most comfortable relaxation site while the swimming pool is for exclusive use of the guests at the villa. The elegant covered terrace with BBQ at the front of the villa, can easily allow outdoor dining as the villa is well organized to have cook ser...vice on request as well as order express meals directly from owners, who run a famous local restaurant within an easy 2 minutes driving. Milan-Malpensa airport is only 30 min. drive distance.

Villa Marta develops on two floors. On the ground floor, which can be easily accessed from the garden and pool area,you can enjoy the dining room, the well equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher and the living area with fireplace and satellite TV. A little corridor leads to one double bedroom with shower bath and one twin bedroom with courtesy bathroom. The second floor is accessed by a stairway from the living room, here we have two double bedrooms sharing shower bathroom.

Sheltered car space for 2autos is also available in the backyard.

Included: Maid service 2 hours per day, 1 linen change, use of Fast Line Internet Service.
