Casa Brillante is a comfortable contemporary villa located on a scenic hill above the peaceful lakeside town of Meina, on Lake Maggiore’s western shore.
Casa Brillante books from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
This beautiful house sleeps up to eight people. On the ground level, there is a large living room, roomy well-equipped kitchen and a dining room. This level opens up to a large terrace, a private equipped garden and pool, all set in a panoramic position.
Amenities include air conditioning in the four bedrooms, WiFi Internet, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer a washing machine and barbecue. Baby cots are available up...on request.
From the pool, gardens and balcony of Casa Brillante, there is a wide and beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, including the towns of Meina and Solcio.
The eat-in kitchen leads onto the outside terrace with views of the blue lake and mountains beyond…a perfect setting for outdoor dining and sundowners. There is also a formal dining room seating up to ten people. For al fresco dining, the outdoor terrace provides comfortable furniture and a table for up to twelve people.
The elevated position of Casa Brillante is only one kilometer above the town of Meina, away from busy lakeside roads. The motorway is three kilometers away, making the house an excellent base from which to explore the lake.
In 2013, the pool will be open from May 4 to September 28. Pool towels and pool cleaning are included.

This villa is located in a quiet residential area among other villas with gardens. Please note that in this kind of area some noise coming from gardening machines is possible and unavoidable.
In the nearby lakefront town of Meina is a lido with access to the lake and tennis court, restaurants and bars, bus stop, station and ferry dock. Meina offers a very accessible location for sightseeing throughout the area. All kinds of sports activities are possible nearby, including golf, sailing, tennis and hiking.
Booking fee: 35 Euros
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Maid service: 2 hours each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
Electricity: Included up to 50 Euros, paid on consumption after that
Utilities deposit: 250 Euros per week, collected at arrival
Final cleaning: 120 Euros paid on site
Parking: There is private parking for 2 cars—one inside the property and one outside. It is not possible to park any kind of trailer inside the property.
Extra linens: Extra set of bath linens 10 Euros per set per person and extra bed linens 15 Euros per bed, paid on site.
Internet access: WiFi connection included
Heating: Included up to 50 Euros per week, paid on consumption after that.
Heating deposit (seasonal): 250 per week when heating is required
Security deposit: 1000 Euros
Baby bed: 100 Euros
Pets: Not allowed
Upon request: Cook service, extra maid service, advance grocery shopping.
Late arrival: Upon request and approval of the owner, a late arrival is possible between 7:00pm and 9:00pm for an extra fee of 50 Euros.Read more
