The MAIN and GUEST houses have a total of 3200 sq. ft of living space, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and would sleep up to 14 people with 1 King, 4 Queen beds and 2 Queen size sleeper sofas (in the great room of the main house).

The main house features a spectacular great room with a Corian kitchen, kitchen island with built-in cooktop, huge living and dining areas, beautifully decorated bedrooms, stunning Master Suite with walk-in closet for him and her, a super master bath with a custom built shower and Jacuzzi tab, a separate utility room with washer and dryer. The panoramic ocean view spans the entire east side of the main house – the great room, master bedroom and one of the bedrooms.

The guest house would be great for teenage children or grandparents – it has a kitchenette with refrigerator and convection microwave for fast cooking.

The resort has just been TOTALLY RENOVATED TOP TO BOTTOM AND INSIDE OUT with quality finishings in pure luxury and high end brand new quality furniture.

There are open high ceiling airy rooms, new flooring throughout, newly resurfaced Professional Tennis Court overlooking Atlantic Ocean (finished in US Open Colors - blue playing area with green borders), new tennis court fencing, private Pool/Spa with automated Hayward wireless pool remote, tropical professionally landscaped lot, paved driveway with a 2-car garage and paved parking with enough space for 2 RVs or boats.

Telephones are with free unlimited calling to anywhere in the US and Canada. There is Internet and Wi-Fi with free unlimited access within the property line. There are 6 TVs altogether – in each of the bedrooms and the great room of the main house (Brighthouse network channels with HDTV special pack), BlueRay DVD, PS2 and supply of some movies and games. Full supply of kitchen crockery and cutlery is provided, one set of linen and towels is provided for the duration of the stay, beach towels are also provided. This is a great location in proximity to all attractions of the Space Coast - and very private at the same time. The estate resort is on 2 acres of prime beachfront providing so much privacy while being in the middle of all attractions and directly on the ocean! Where else have you seen an OCEANFRONT TENNIS COURT? The resort is just an hour from Orlando International airport and 10 min from Melbourne International airport.

The resort is located in Indialantic between Melbourne Causeway and Eau Galle Causeway in the heart of the Space Coast, a 72 mile stretch along Florida’s Atlantic (East) Coast between Cape Canaveral and Sebastian inlet. The area beaches are closest to Orlando with some of the best surfing in the country and spectacular array of wildlife, unspoiled natural habitats, sanctuaries and preserves. At the same time you will be within an easy reach to everything – surrounded by nice restaurants, just an hour’s drive from Orlando and all of its attractions, less than half an hour away from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center and just two and a half hours away from South Beach in Miami.   What a fantastic oceanfront beach-home! First class all the way!!! Very private yet close to everything. Great historic town with great food close by. Disney and Space Center as well. My family vacationed in June and actually witnessed sea turtles laying eggs. Some lucky family needs to witness the hatching of the eggs!!! Will definitely go back!!! The owner answers any questions you may have.

  Five Star Stay at the Beach House

  This was our first family vacation with adult children and grandchildren and it was important that we have plenty of private space and family space. We had 10 adults and three youngsters and the house was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing. The beach was beautiful and the pool was the perfect place to relax after body surfing and shell collecting on the beach. The tennis court was a bonus - we had our own little tennis match in the evenings. The kitchen was awesome and provided plenty of space for the entire family to get involved in meal preparation. The property owner kept in touch with us to make sure all was in order and the property manager did an excellent job in taking care of us when we had a question or an issue. We totally overpacked as all you really need to bring is your bathing suit and a toothbrush - Our family was sad to leave after a week, we can't wait to return for more fun in the sun.
