Enjoy "Sol y Mar", a beautifully appointed home with access to one of Florida's finest beaches at the end of the street. This is a quiet community of single family homes, ideally located in the heart of Melbourne Beach. Our home is on an "ocean to river" street - two blocks to the water in either direction.
"Sol y Mar" has an upscale-casual feel, combining the relaxed ambience of the beach with fine furnishings. There is a spectacular, private fenced back yard, with a hot tub on the screened porch. Inside, the house is approximately 1500 square feet, all on one level for easy access.
