Great place to stay. Very near Casino and city centre. Tram stop outside front door.
Two supermarkets about 5 minutes walk away and a convenience store 1 minutes walk from apartment. Greeted at the door by custodian. Very welcoming and helpful. Great stay. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay again. Excellent location for shopping too. -

We stayed for 5 days here because of the close proximity to the Melbourne Convention centre, plus easy access to the CBD and public transport. The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and parking for one vehicle was included which suited us as we were travelling by car en route to Tasmania. Amenities also included an excellent swimming pool, just the thing after a full day at a busy conference. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Melbourne.

While looking for a place to stay in Melbourne, I happen to chance on this apartment in the net. I sent an email to Kellie, who was very prompt to reply my email on queries about the apartment.
The pictures in the net was exactly the way the apartment looked ! The place was well decorated and my kids were so impressed with the huge TV and their rooms ! The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough plates and utensils plus all sorts of electrical equipment ! The apartment also had a washer and dryer.
The view at the balcony was amazing ! At night, the city was lighted up which was one very pretty sight of Melbourne.
In terms of location, it was very centrally located and parking in the building was free.
If I made a trip back to Melbourne, I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully organized apartment! Cloase proximity to Crown entertainment centre. Kellie, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced for an apartment that is so close to the city. Will certainly return again!

We stayed at the Gem apartments for 5 days in May 2010. From the time we made our initial enquiry until we left the service was 5 star. The apartment was well appointrd, very clean and tidy. We were so close to Melbourne CBD, it was an easy 5 minute walk each day, or alternatively the Tram stopped right outside our door.Overall a fantastic experience that we would gladly repeat on our next visit to Melbourne.

This property was perfect. Visiting from Sydney with my elderly mum, everything was as advertised on website, views amazing.
Property Manager Kelly went above and beyond her duties - I was late arriving, Kelly rang to see if I was ok in finding place. Gave me directions not once but twice. I will definately be staying @ Gem apartments when visiting Melbourne again. Julie -
