THIS APARTMENT:

This contemporary and modern, 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is the ultimate in style and location with its prominent Port Melbourne address. Very, very spacious with lots of natural light and a balcony overlooking both the Bay to one side and the city to the other. This 100% fully self contained accommodation is perfect for boutique rentals whether for extended stays or short breaks.

Comprising 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom features a queen bed with deluxe ensuite. The second bedroom second bedroom has 2 single beds. Extra beds can be provided on request. There is also a large second bathroom. All bedrooms have premier quality linen and super comfortable beds. This fully furnished accommodation includes an open plan kitchen with lounge and dining area all fully equipped and tastefully decked out. The lounge includes a modern lounge suite, 50 inch high definition TV with Foxtel (we provide the basic package but can upgrade on request), DVD and hi-fi stereo.

The accommodation includes undercover secure parking, lift access and security entrance, only just around the corner from vibrant Bay Street and a 5 min tram ride into the city. The position of this Port Melbourne apartment makes it one of the finest short stay rental options in the Melbourne bayside area.

Melbourne hosts some of its most exquisite cake shops and cafe's on Bay Street. In fact this area in Port

Melbourne has become home to some of Melbourne's best loved restaurants and bars attracting locals and travellers alike. And only a short stroll away is the beach foreshore. This is as good as apartment living gets and is such a convenient choice for those seeking long term accommodation and holiday apartments.

However, peak rates apply to several other peak periods over the year. Note though that our call centre will be happy to offer significantly discounted rates for long stays and last minute bookings.

  Quiet, spacious Port Melbourne apartment with easy access to CBD

  No worries about the location of this roomy and modern apartment because it is a few minutes walk to the tram or bus station going to the CBD. There are also many restaurants and a Coles supermarket nearby on Bay St .
  
  The apartment complex is very quiet and in fact there is a strict policy against rowdy behavior and parties in the units. No. 502 is a penthouse unit and the balcony gave us great views of the bay on the right side and the CBD on the left. We ate breakfast at the apartment before going out for the day, so we appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped with coffeemaker, toaster, microwave oven, big refrigerator and stove/oven. (There was a dishwasher but we didn't use it.) The huge flat-screen TV helped us relax after a long day. The washer/dryer was also put to good use as we did our laundry to prepare for the next leg of our trip to Sydney. The two bathrooms were clean and modern, but we would have wanted them to be a bit bigger. Finally, the beds, oh, the beds were absolutely perfectly firm!
  
  To summarize:
  Liked - accessibility to transport, restaurants, supermarket; quiet apartment complex; spacious living areas; modern furnishings and appliances; super-comfortable beds; very helpful booking staff; value for money
  Disliked - limited supply of soap & shampoo for 5 days stay; no bidets; some stains on coffeemaker and shower caddy
  
  (N.B. We are a family of four, our two children are adults, ages 19 and 22. Would have given Excellent rating if not for the minor dislikes.)

  The apartment is modern, clean, beautifully furnished and perfect for easy travel into Melbourne itself. Espresso were very helpful as we had entry and departure times outside the norm. One or two very minor items we reported on entry were dealt with the following day.
