MelbourneMore noisy than buzzy

We stayed here for a few days only - two of us and a dog. On the surface its a great place, but it lacks some privacy (visible inside from the street) and is noisy with both trains (running close at the back) and traffic at the nearby major car park.
The flip side is that it has a great location - 2 mins from one of Brighton's major shopping streets with grocery stores, bottle shops, take-aways, cafes, etc. And the train station only 2 mins (or 5 min stroll) away as well.
The townhouse itself is great for 2 people, maybe a bit cramped if there are 4 of you, and is at least very clean and modern. Ok for a short stay. Wouldn't want to be there long-term. -

The property was in a fantastic location,close to shops and cafes. It was clean and modern and very comfortable, a bit more than a home away from home.

We loved this house, it was better than we expected and plenty of room for my family - husband and 1 yr old, and my parents to all stay together. It was light and very clean, an easy walk to brighton beach or shops. My parents (in their 60's) found it a bit noisy for their taste - it does have hard floors and surfaces everywhere, buy i didnt mind that.
