Northern TerritoryAbsolutely amazing

First up- a meet and greet was organised which was fantastic since we hadnt been to Melbourne before. The woman who met us told us where some basic shops were (for supplies) and we received a welcome pack including coffee and laundry powder.
The room was absolutely amazing and accomodated 6 women comfortably for the week we stayed. Even though we were only on the 7th floor the views were spectacular and the sunroom was beautiful on cold mornings.
It felt like a home away from home and everything was there ready for us. I definately would recommend the room to others and would definately book again- well worth the price. -

Beautiful apartment, every comfort and a view. Very easy booking and checking in, milk for your tea on arrival! The location was very close to eastern side of the CBD and 10 mins walk+tram ride to Southern Cross Station. Nothing that i didn't like.

Gladstone, Australia3 bedroom apartment walking distance to the city

Skyline arena is a beautiful apartment right on the edge of the city. With views across Fitzroy Gardens, the city skyline, Southbank and Government house it is a delight to just relax in the large open planned lounge and look out the windows. The apartment if fully self contained with a complete kitchen and a balcony BBQ. The bedrooms are generous, the master bathroom is fantastic and the communal bathroom while a bit small is fine. A full laundry with washer and dryer and a coffee shop on the ground floor if you feel lazy about coffee and snacks. A 2 minute walk to Flinders street and all that is fabulous about Melbourne. I will not hesitate to book this apartment again and if I need something smaller then I will be getting in touch with Boutique stays to check out their other properities. Loved it.

SYDNEYPerfect Melbourne business stay
Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Three of our staff were in Melbourne for the art Fair, and rented this 3 bedroom apartment instead of staying in hotels as we normally did. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable and quiet after a long day on our feet. The location was very handy to the top end of Melbourne, and were able to walk everywhere we needed.
Check in was easy and punctual.
Bathrooms impressive, and beds comfortable.Response from Boutique Stays - 12/12/2012

Just loved the whole experience. Very beautifully furnished and presented, with magnificient views. Location was spectacular, so close to all the sporting venues, Federation Square, downtown Melbourne, no need to take public transport here. Just an easy walk everywhere!
Washing machine and dryer were both the only sore point in an otherwise wonderful stay. But we reported the problem and hopefully they will attend to both to fix for future visiotrs.Response from Boutique Stays - 12/12/2012

We love to hear that our properties are being enjoyed. We accept the very fair comment you made about the washing machine and dryer and confirm these have now been attended to.

We were blown away when we walked into the apartment, and continued to be impressed for the rest of the week we stayed there.
Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and above all the view was amazing! I awoke the first morning at dawn and watched a fleet of hot air balloons usher in the sunrise over downtown Melbourne.
We rented a car, but ended up only needing it when we wanted to leave the city. The Skyline arena is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from public transit, downtown Melbourne, and of course the Melbourne Cricket Ground. We ended up walking almost everywhere.
On the days we didn't eat out, we brought groceries back to the apartment and cooked meals. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils to use, and we even fired up the grill a few times.
If we're ever in Melbourne again, we're definitely staying here! -

An outstanding unit in a great location with everything you need at your finger tips for a comfortable stay. We stayed for a week and did a lot of cooking in. The unit had a great kitcken beautifully decked out with all the cook wear and untensils you need. Great out look over the city and a short walk to the G. Fantasic for a footy tragic like myself.

Clean, spacious modern apartment close to MCG and city eateries. Suited family of 4 well and much preferred to a hotel where you get less room and pay for breakfast and drinks.

QueenslandGreat spot, when in Melbourne without a car
Left on 05/30/2012 for a stay in May 2012
Stayed here for four days in may with friends, was in a great spot to walk to most things around city and trams were close by.
Was nice, clean and big enough not to get under each others feet.
The fireplace would have been nice to be able to light, but it wasn't functioning.
But the unit provided us with all we needed for a weekend away with friends without kids.
The welcome pack was a great added extra. -

This apartment was beautiful. Excellently located for exploring and working in the city. The pool and gym were a real bonus. It had everything we needed to make our stay in Melbourne even more memorable. The only slight problem if you can call it that was there were no instructions for the intercom so having visitors was always a little interesting.

Beautiful views from a designer apartment. Excellent position with easy walk to main attractions in Melbourne CBD. Enjoyed all facilities - better than expected pool, great security and carparking. Family and friends who visited us who live in Melbourne were blown away by the view and proximity to CBD. We would stay there again if visiting Melbourne. It very comfortably accomodated my family of 6.

We had the opportunity of staying in this property before Easter. The location close to shops, MCG, SouthBank, Theatres and parklands was fantastic. The apartment had the most amazing views of the city and the gardens. The quality of finish was excellent. It was spacious and accommodated the 6 of us comfortably. The kitchen had everything you would need and it was clean and comfortable.
Thank you to the owners for sharing your little gem with us. -

Great apartment, very spacious, great location, excellent value for money.
Highly recommend to anyone especilly families.
Only 3 gripes, having 4 kids it would have been much better to have bedrooms 2 & 3 with splittable beds, making 4 singles.
Lights, modern but tricky to use, very frustrating.
Only 1 TV not optimal with a young family, maybe pop 1 in the main bedroom
