Modern, light filled, and well appointed apartment with a great aspect and within a block from vibrant Bay Street and Port Melbourne beach. Meet and greet and welcome pack of essentials added to the overall positive experience.

The flat was equipped with every thing you could whish for from iron to a sandwich toaster. Since we stayed 10 days also a flat cleaning was included. Furhtermore, the flat was very clean and in a perfect location just meters away from the beach and at night you could see the skyline of Downtown Melbourne. In essence: we would always stay there again!

The staff were very helpful with the booking, they made everything easy. The unit was very clean and tidy, fantastic views of the city at night, it's not the biggest unit but very comfortablewe thought, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen with full sized fridge and dishwasher, they offered free WiFi, there is security car parking is underneath with a lift right to the rooms door, beds were firm but not hard. There are like about a dozen coffee shops and bakeries etc withinn 2 to 10 minutes walk of the unit and a large Coles supermarket 2 to 3 minutes drive. Ocean is 1 minutes walk from unit. Will definately stay again.

Th apartment was spotless and we had a lovely welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. There are great views from the balcony - one side looking to the beach and the Tasmania ferry port, the other to the beautiful Melbourne skyline. Very easy access by tram to the city centre, but one blocks walk to the beach. Perfect! Will definitely stay again.

Flat was not serviced while I stayed. So I cleaned and slept in the same sheets for 10 days.

We're very sorry that your mid stay clean was missed. Unfortunately we had a glitch in our reservations system which meant that this was not scheduled for your booking. This has been rectified. Had you let us know about this during your stay, we would have had someone straight out to the property as we always aim to resolve these sorts of things whilst guests are in house.
We'd like to arrange for a refund to be made to you for the cost of the mid stay clean which was included in your accommodation. Our Reservations Manager will be in touch today to arrange that for you.

As four of us used this apartmnet for our stay,we were more than impressed with the size and cleanliness and the way the Boutique staff looked after us.
Our biggest surprise was the great location,with walking distance to the beach and hotels,resturants and public transport.
Will definetly use the Boutique Stays network again for our next group visit in Melbourne,only wish the had this set up in adelaide. -

My family loved this property. City view and a sea view! We left the car in the secure garage and walked or used public transport to get around. It was clean, stylish and had everything we needed.
