We are opposite acres of parklands and yet walking distance to city centre. You can walk to the famous Lygon street restaurants in Carlton the Melbourne Zoo, the famous Victoria Market, Melbourne University and major hospitals and all major Melbourne attractions. Public transport is available directly outside the building. We also have onsite parking. .

Excellent property in an excellent location. My husband and I stayed here with our two boys. The apartment is very spacious, clean and convenient to all the places we wanted to see. Having the tram stop directly outside the building made it very easy to get around. We were in the city in 5 minutes and we had a lovely time at the Queen Vic Market - it is a must to see. We also just loved the atmosphere in Lygon Street, with all its restaurants. I must also say how welcoming the owners are. They met us with the keys to the apartment and explained how everything worked in the apartment. Our apartment was on the ground floor and we found it very quiet and had a lovely stay. We hope to be back again.
