Your luxury two-bedroom apartment comes with two splittable king beds and a queen-sized sofa bed if needed. (Please note that we don't split the king beds unless you ask us to). Your Melbourne corporate apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, beautiful bath towels, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Centrally heated and cooled, you will be comfortable all year round.

There is secure parking for one vehicle. Access to the buildings top floor pool and gym are also available for your convenience.

The Melbourne Central corporate apartment is brilliantly located; part of the huge new, QV1 complex of shops, cafes and restaurants right in the middle of Melbourne CBD. It's hard to beat having Woolworths, Big W, Dan Murphy's, a medical centre, pharmacy, post office, banks & ATMs, office works and hairdressers etc in the same building.

You will love the centrality of Melbourne Central. It is only a short walk from Chinatown, and some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. Melbourne Central shopping centre, the Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens & Melbourne Museum/IMAX theatre, Crown Casino and the aquarium are all within easy walking distance.

Getting around

You are within walking distance of everything you could need for a long stay in Melbourne, and the trams and trains are very close, so you can bring your car but you probably won't need it. The tram stop is on the corner of La Trobe Street, and the trains are extremely close at Melbourne Central Station.

Interaction with guest

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. How do damage deposits work?

If Sian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
