Step through the front archway of this beautiful villa and it feels like you have escaped to another country for the night. The views were amazing and with the outdoor pool to the foxtel to the indoor spa, every little thing made our anniversary perfect. Perfect location as it is close to shops, attractions & the beach. Sheree and Paul make you feel very comfortable & the meals they can cook up taste delicious. We loved every minute of our stay here and found it to be the perfect, relaxed & romantic weekend away.

Mt Martha location excellent, also close to Cafe's and Restaurants. Accommodation and landscapes impressive, could have easily been somewhere in the Mediterranean. Very spacious, with excellent facilities. Landscaped garden and great pool made it very easy to relax and catch up with summer reading.. Paul and Sheree great hosts and made us very welcome. Sheree cooked us a beautiful meal. Highly recommend,

Our (very large) family stayed here for a weekend recently to celebrate my sister's birthday, and we were just blown away by how exquisite Villa Mallorca is. This is particularly suitable for large groups, given how spacious it is. The exposed beams internally and simple but elegant furnishings give the villa a real sense of warmth. From the stunning location, gorgeous views out over the water, the enormous kitchen, beautiful fireplaces, free wi-fi, delightfully comfortable beds, through to the beautiful gardens and sparkling pool, there was not a thing I would have changed. Our family cannot wait to stay here again.

Perfect location ~ 1 hour from Melbourne (& only another half an hour to the Peninsula Hot Springs)

A fantastic holiday home with wonderful landscaped gardens and views to die for, especially the sunsets over the bay. The perfect place to stay in or a great base to explore the peninsula by car.

A must stay Villa for those looking for a relaxing summer stay, reunion with the family or friends or even a romantic weekend away to unwind.
You are instantly taken away by the contrast of distant Port Phillip Bay views and the peace and quite of the surrounding bushland where faint calls of evening Kookaburras add to the serenity.
This Spanish style home creates a feeling of being in the southern part of Spain but yet only just over an hour out of Melbourne.
A truely affordable get away that really makes you feel as though you've been away.
A place we'll definately be returning to and recommend to anyone! -

A grand villa with a great living space that easily accommodates ten or more friends. Great swimming pool and kitchen. Balcony overlooks spectacular view of the bay with Mt Martha beach close by.

The property is absolutely amazing and Sheree's food certainly was deliciosa.
We had the most amazing stay and was amazed at how you have absolutely everything covered in the Villa. It simply does not lack a thing!

Paul was absolutely amazing, words cannot express my gratitude for everything he did to make my parents suprise 40th Wedding Anniversary weekend the most amazing gift we could ever give them!!
The stunning Villa transported us to the Spanish hills and rustic decore & homely feel made us sink straight into our Villa escape. The celebration for our parents was perfect from the lazy afternoon around the pool to the scrumptious dinner, we all indulged along with flowing wine & lots of laughs. Our children were entertained with the many DVD movies and of course the pool was a huge hit! The beds were the best we have ever slept on, from the pillows to the matress...Paul the best nights sleep in a long time...or maybe we just felt completely relaxed and sound sleep was just another element the Villa spoiled us with. Everything we needed was provided from the platters to the plastic glasses for around the pool to ice on demand!! An absolute pleasure to have had the experience of the Villa Mallorca stay. Paul you have an extremely special escape that truly makes magic seem real!! -

Our stay was wonderful. We had magnificent views and such a great time. In every way this is such a beautiful place - one of those: what you see in the brochures is what you get and more! The Villa is an amazing transformation, which was obviously a loved and passionate job done, thanks for sharing your passion with us. The house was well appointed, clean, comfortable and secure. The facilities were excellent, the views spectacular and accommodated the number of people with equipment, cutlery, etc. Thank you for making our weekend "the best ever" (as nominated by all of us)!

Villa Mallorca was the most beautiful holiday accomodation and is strongly recommended whether it be for a romantic getaway or a group of friends to enjoy the scenery, relaxation and recreation!
A MUST visit again type of place it was so spectacular and will be sure to visit villa mallorca many more times in this life time, it seriously IS the closest thing to Spain!! You must stay overnight to understand and even in such a situation one night would not be enough!

this was our 2nd time in 5 yrs to stay at the villa
and we found again that the service was very personal, including a visit on the night of an impending storm to see if we had candles, and checking the pool when we had a problem- we were very grateful.
great to have 2 different living areas, and flexible sleeping arrangements for different families.
least liked the premium price, especially as the top eastern bedrooms did get very hot and had no aircon or fans- this would be something to add especially at the peak time of mid summer,to help kids especially to sleep better, and perhaps, also a couple of small bedside tables or drawers with a bedlamp for the small front bedroom.
the general amenities and kitchen accessories were excellent, and great pool and nearby beaches, tho not walking distance due to hills. great grounds and pool, and views and extras like the spabath.
it is perfect for home entertaining.
the visit was easy to enjoy as we had very little to worry about.
would definitely consider coming again

Lovely place to spend with the family and friends. Great kitchen, veranda, lots of room for play for the kids. Not too far from Melbourne and not too close either. Beautiful views and a fun pool.
